Upon arrival, I was greeted with 2 large flies in my room, however during the night, I was accompanied by further flies in my bedroom.
Rooms are basic with a bed and shower, however wouldn't rank it at 4 stars.
Breakfast was shocking thou. Flies were all over the food and only thing not touched was the cereal in containers.

Generally this hotel is ok for business trips. Really nice place with taste of the old times. Rooms are big, comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly. Some minuses for breakfast and loudness, but that doesn't mean that don't suggest this hotel.

The Antico Borgo is a classic grand country hotel in an large, formerly fortified old farmstead, several hundred years old, with lots of connected buildings and several different inner and outer courtyards.
Nice and comfortable rooms with views over the courtyards or the gardens. Nice gardens around, lots of free parking possibilities. Good for business or seminars, but touristically in the middle of nowhere in the boring flat plains of Northern Italy.
Outside the village at a road between agricultural areas, commercial and industrial areas.
Acceptable rustic restaurant with a choice of regional and Italian dishes. Limited, but moderately priced wine list.

Very good to stay in a big place. Remind the old farm in Italy. Staff very good. It´s a nice place in my opinion because stay outside a city and easy to acess the highways. It has a restaurant in the building. Good breakfast, not with hundreds things, but enough to start the day in a good way.

Room with no windows. Dusty. Barely any light. No coffee and tea set. The location is beautiful yet extremely remote.
Don't even think about a refreshing shower in the morning because there was no water coming out of it.
Did I mention the glass of sour wine they took of the bill. Out of courtesy?
