The first thing that I loved about the hotel was its location. It's located right across the magnificent Santa Maria Maggiore. We had great views of this majestic papal basilica from our room. The room was very spacious and great for a short stay. My only suggestion would be to add some more power outlets in the room and the bathroom because of how power-dependent our modern-day devices are. The complimentary breakfast at the hotel was very good, and prepared us well every morning for a long sightseeing day ahead. The staff was great - always very friendly and helpful.
There are some restaurants near the hotel, so you wouldn't go hungry. And there is a taxi stand right in front of the hotel by the side of Santa Maria Maggiore. The Roma Termini train station is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel, so it's very convenient if you're planning to take a train somewhere. Last, but not the least, the hotel can arrange for airport pickup and drop-off for a very reasonable fee if you coordinate in advance with the hotel staff. I found them to be very responsive over email when I made the booking and the arrangements for airport transportation.

I Stayed at this hotel for 4 days in November 2017. It was a good hotel very well located near metro (500 m) and very close to good restaurants and tourist spots.
On arrival I was greeted by a gentleman at the reception of which he was extremely kind and considerate, already bringing me to the Italian friendly climate.
My only criticism of the hotel is in relation to the Bathroom, as we had problems with the toilet that did not work the flush! and the Shower on the last day broke the hotel equipment and we were without hot bath!
I believe they are points to be observed by the staff of the Hotel, but definitely a Hotel that would recommend to anyone who seeks a comfortable place and close to the tourist points as well as the cost benefit

nice hotel maybe a bit tired the staff were very helpful especially the lady on the front desk .The hotel is very central so you can walk to most of Rome,s main attractions The
breakfast was a it disappointing so we didn't bother .There is no bar as such just a bar man who tended to be a bit elusive

Very centrally located and clean hotel. My room was of a decent size for being a single room. However, there is a need of more maintenance (torn wallpaper, for instance). The only noticeable problem was the mattress, it would be rigid even for monastic standards...

stayed here last week really not great first room we were showed small & grubby asked for another. Bath had cracks in it the bed was 2 pushed together 1 was lower than the other. The breakfast was not up to much either only the fresh pastries were nice. It is supposed to be a 4 star but definitely not that at all I have stopped in better 3 stars. Alot of the other guests seemed to be disgruntled too. It is a shame as with some TLC it could be a great hotel as it is in a good location.
