My daughter and I really enjoyed our 2 week stay at the lovely Hotel L'Antiga in July 2017. Salvador and the rest of the staff at the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. We loved relaxing by the pool, which was peaceful and quiet, in a pretty garden area. The food was delicious home cooked Spanish cuisine and the room was clean and comfortable with a decent shower ! The air conditioning was included in the price and most welcome. Thank you to Salvador and his wonderful team. Jane Keogh.

We stayed at this delightful hotel for two nights at the start of our daughter's school orchestra tour of Barcelona. The hotel is located in a small square next to the church and town hall, and near to the old castle.
The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and attentive. Whether you choose to eat in the hotel or in the square there is a nice selection of bars and cafes to sample Catalan cuisine.
The 5km of sandy beach and train station at Calafell are a 20 minute walk away.
Excellent value away from the tourist hordes.

I really liked the atmosphere in this hotel. Staff was super friendly and helpful. In the restaurant of hotel I could enjoy catalan cuisine. I would really recommend this hotel if you want to relax and enjoy your vacation!

This is a very pretty hotel with lovely staff located in a very scenic square. The bedrooms are nicely decorated, although fairly small. Unfortunately the hotel's restaurant was closed the night we were there so I cannot comment on the food, however breakfast was very nice. I would stay here again but only for a night or two as it is fair distance from town. Wifi worked fine in our room.

We had an excellent overnight stay at the Antiga. Simple but comfortable room with views over the square and castle, excellent evening meal and good breakfast. Well positioned near but not on the coast of Tarragona. Kind and attentive staff. We'll be back.
