We have just returned from two nights here, and would certainly be glad to return. From the check in onwards, the staff were friendly and helpful, a pleasure to deal with. Our room was comfortably furnished with a nice couch providing a seating area. However, the lighting in that part of the room was too dim to read. Only one side of the bed had a reading light, and although there was a desk, the lighting would not have been strong enough to work. The bathroom, by contrast was extremely light, so good for putting on makeup. Water in the tap was very hot. Be careful! However, I could not get the shower to remain hot. It began well, but within a few seconds went cold again. Our room was very quiet, overlooking the car park. We had breakfast both days, and this was delicious, really a great start to the day. The reception area leads into a spacious bar, where there are nice groups of comfortable seats. The bar wasn't particularly well stocked, being out of both prosecco and sherry, but this gave me the opportunity to revisit Pernod, which I used to have fairly often, but have neglected for the last decades. The hotel is situated about fifteen minutes walk from The Centre Court shopping area and Wimbledon station. A good supply of buses goes down past the hotel, two stops brings you to the centre. This was very useful for us. There are plenty of different places to eat locally, and I can recommend the Antionette as an excellent base for a visit to Wimbledon.

A very good hotel, very clean,comfortable bed, and good breakfast with fresh food. I would recommend it and stay there again as it represented good value for money. It was also situated in an ideal location for visiting family. There were restaurants nearby and it was within walking distance of the main Wimbledon shopping centre called Centre Court

Not the largest hotel, with some quaint aspects (like the miniature elevator), but comfortable and nice, with little touches like a hot chocolate packet in addition to coffee and tea in your room. Only negative was the traffic noise from the main road so close by. I also had to get my room key reset multiplied times as it seemed the unlock code wouldn't stick.

Staff are excellent, rooms overall are good, some of the carpets in some rooms are tired, others are new and look good.They are improving the hotel I enjoy staying here. I tend to get a decent nights sleep.

We stayed for two nights while visiting family in Wimbledon. We booked a small room as all we would be doing was sleeping there and it was fine for that. The buffet breakfast was very good. There were no restrictions on what you could eat - full English, cereals, fresh fruit - you name it ant it was available. Eggs were cooked to order. One minor complaint was that the orange juice was watery and pretty tasteless. The staff we interacted with were all very friendly. The location was good, being within walking distance of Wimbledon Village and the tennis courts (approximately 20 minutes away). We will use the hotel again.
