We stayed at the hotel for 6 days. Standard tourist hotel - but Mr. Antonello is worth 5 stars - service minded always available either for guidance or for a beer in the bar.
Rooms are standard for Caorle- (airconditon could be nice). But they have put a fan in the room that helped a lot.
Breakfast has a very nice selection of fresh fruit, and you can sit inside in the restaurant or on the terasse in the front.
This hotel is highly recommended due to location, pirce/value, parking and Mr. Antonella and his staff.

Just needed a hotel for one night on our way to Slovenia. Location is perfect, the owner welcomed us with a big smile, a genuine interest and a free drink. Excellent first impression. The rooms are basic, as you would expect from the cheapest place in Caorle. Biggest minus: the electric fan was out of order so it was too hot to sleep. The breakfast buffet was ok.
We had heard that Caorle was less overtouristic than the other beach towns along the coast. If this is true, we don't need to see the rest! Walking around town feels like walking around a movie set or a theme park. Everything is 100 % made for the tourists, you have to be lucky to find a spot on the beach that is not in a pay zone, and there is nothing authentic about the town. But the hotel was there, the price was right, and we moved on as quickly as possible.

After our own experience, we can recommend this family hotel to everybody. Very good price and great service. Antonello, who is running this hotel, is doing excellent job. Always ready to help and recommend us places to go. The best part is, that it's only 3-5 minutes walking from the beach. The street is very calm in the evening (compare to the neighborhood of big hotels at the beach). Absolutely satisfied our expectations. If we'd like to get back to Caorle, this definitely would be the no.1 place to go.

The new moquette and painting gives a nice impression. The bathroom is the weak point, being very small, and with a shower that can make everything wet if not taken properly (by the way we had a tent to help). The room was very clean, we and our kids slept well, not air con, but in June the temperature was just perfect. The breakfast should be improved, not many choices, and quality is not the best. For the price asked I believe is fair enough, and if by chance I'll go there again. If You can just resist the bathroom size, everything else would be good enough. The position is very good, meaning is in walking distance from the center and from the beach, but out from the noise.
