Average hotel. The room was OK with reasonable cleanliness. Service was average as well. The toilet had hot water throughout the day. The food in the hotel restaurant was average too. Parking is available on the road.

The hotel is far from Dharamshala town in a place called Naddi and the climb is steep in one or two places. BUt this is the worth the trip to reach your destination for some good views of the views of the snow clad mountains which appear to be very close and if you choose the rooms facing the mountains you can get a grand view from your bed. Besides if you walk a few metres is a nice lake and good for birdwatching. in fact the entire area around is good for birdwatching where you can see some high altitude birds. The food was very good and service quite good. The hotel has a good garden and useful for taking selfies or pics. I understand that during winter there is a good amount of snowfall here. We had a very good stay in may 2017. The furniture in the rooms are vintage and if you are a lover of vintage art, you may like it. Further There was a thunderstorm when we were in this place and i could see streaks of lighting and was able to capture the same from my room

This hotel is very far from the main dharamshala town. It does have a spectacular view of the hills and the lake, that is, if you get a front side room (that has a terrace as well). Rest all other rooms didn't have much of the view. They would overlook the local lane with all the shops. Ask for a first floor terrace room. All the rooms are age old, very small and not renovated ever. A lot of plumbing problems. You would almost never get hot water when you want it.
Now, the major problem.
For a hotel that has no rooms on ground floor, it must have a lift. Not everyone is local pahadi (mountain people) that they can climb stairs all the time without ever getting tired. Did I mention you have to climb stairs to reach their reception. But yes, they do have a lift. The only problem is it was not working and the management people there dont think even bothered to get it repaired. The attitude speaks a lot. It was like a "never bother" attitude that irked me. The locality around here do not offer much. There are some good hotels nearby though.
I asked them for wifi, and they said the wifi in the hotel is not working at the moment. Whereas I could see their wifi available on searching with their hotel name. Just they did not want to give us their password. The hotel staff were all using the wifi though. Such a shame. Is wifi there for hotel guest or just for staff to enjoy the naughty movies in the night time.

Rooms are good.
Location is awesome.
Service is fast.
Lift is provided.
Reception boy tell about the surrounding places.
Main places like Dalai Lama temple, Bhagnu nag, Swimming pool and waterfall is nearby.

Visited in June 2015 along with friends.Front Manager recognised about my last visit n offered special discount n recommended and provided Deluxe rooms at reasonable price with buffet food.Neat and clean n worth living.
