This is arguably the worst accommodation I have ever experienced . I have given a star only because of its location . Shower above a tiny bath , no tea of coffee making facilities in room , don't stay here

Just stayed there again after some time and it's unchanged. It's an ok business hotel for 1 night with a satisfactory wifi speed. But the room was very cold (also the rooms of my colleagues) and no way to get it warmer. In addition the carpet has really seen better times with dirty spots all over the place. Breakfast is Italian ok.

This hotel is about 20 km from the city and in a town famous for thermal baths. There are many hotels and restaurants around and this one is quite good.
The rom was facing a sports centre with a clear view of the indoor footfall stadium.
There are no amnesties like coffee maker etc. But room is spacious and adequate

I was put up here for a week on business purpose. I would say this hotel is just like a country side hotel with greenery surrounding the hotel. There is a jogging/running track just opposite to the hotel and one can do the open gym in the lush green lawns. The ambience of the hotel is awesome, breakfast is good, pretty cheap (May be people working for Teko Telecom get a discount, which I did). There are quite a few restaurants, gelatin shops nearby in the walking distance. Castel S.Pietro Station is the nearest station which takes about 15-20 minutes by car. Rooms are hygiene, housekeeping does a good job, front desk speak english and are pretty helpful. WiFi is good.

Maybe because I had a corporate rate, but I think it's fairly good hotel for the money paid.
Staff are helpful and friendly in general.
The breakfast was very good and convenient.
Because of the ongoing construction in the hotel extension (for over 2 years now) and the very bad WIFI coverage in the room the hotel lost 2 stars in my evaluation.
