We found de apart. rather easily (inside the walls) but realized that we had to look for the place to get the keys. We had to leave the car not too far from the apart. and walk to the Hospederia which is out of the walls - not quite easy when not familiar with the city.
Apart. well located - clean - area very calm

We thought we booked a nice apartment in a building with a courtyard and views. But the problem is they have two apartmentbuildings. Based on the photos we saw and the description we booked. Arriving there(which was very difficult and when we were finally there we had to go to another place for the key. Pff.
Once inside we were shocked by the size of the tiny apartment which was also very dark. View: walls of another building. Claustrophobic ! We called the ladies who gave us the key. They were very helpful gave us a little bigger apartment. But we good not get a place in the building we were meant to rent. A big confusion which was unexplainable not even by booking.com. They should do something about their site so you know which of the buildings you booked.
The apartment was well organized very clean soundless airco and very close to the center.

Dark apartment that was small considering the cost. Clean as you would expect bu with only one window in the whole place it was not particularly attractive. Also out of the town centre we expected it would be bigger. Had all we needed but was not a great environment.

This was a most horrible experience. We had booked 3 2-bedroom apartments through booking.com. The booking was changed by the apartment managers without our consent (a 2-bedroom apartment was changed to 1-bedroom) - they called up booking.com and told them that we had requested for a change directly - complete lie. When checking in, they actually get you to sign a contract with the apartment number, without letting you see the apartment, so we realized of the change only after going there. When we contacted booking.com, booking.com responded that they had no way to verify whether we had directly contacted the hotel or not, and hence could do nothing.
The other 2-bedroom apartments we were given were promised with a patio on booking.com, but finally had none. To top it all, after we had checked out, the hotel made 250 euros extra charge for "breaking the blinds" - and when asked for proof, sent inconclusive pictures (pictures below - the blinds look fine there - certainly nothing to point to 250 euro damage), and also started claiming that the rooms were left in unacceptable condition, without mentioning what the unacceptable condition was.
At the checkin, the lady said we could park our car in front of apartment now (it was 7pm), and remove it before 10am. Guess what - you can use that parking only after 8pm, so we landed two tickets due to misinformation the lady at the checkin provided.
If you are looking to ruin your vacation, go ahead. Else pick another hotel.

Apartments are new, very central. We go to downtown very quickly.
Nice decoration and comfortable.
Our apartment had a very comfortable and spacious lounge. The area was very peaceful and quiet, ideal for relaxing
