Great apartments in a great location!

We stayed here for a work trip, renting all of the apartments. We found the location to be incredible - just a short walk from all that we wanted to see, eat, and drink. The rooms were clean and well cared for, and a lot of effort was put into making sure that we had exactly what we needed.
The staff was so attentive to our needs, always checking in to make sure that we were comfortable and well taken care of. We really felt at home here, and wouldn't hesitate to come back.
Could be fine if you are OK with funky

We stayed 3 nights based on a recommendation from Michelin green guide. Wanted to book a regular double but only 2 apartments were available. We were not interested in having the big jacuzzi tub so we went for the studio, apartment#8.
The good - the reception was friendly and warm. Eva was very clear when booking that the ladder to the bed loft is very steep and narrow. She emailed plenty ( maybe even too much) information about arriving and parking. The location of the apartment is good, centrally located. The bedroom was simple but sweet. Nice comfy bed, beautiful wood beam ceiling. The kitchenette is clean, stocked with the basics for 2 people.
The bad - mostly centers around the bathroom. Peeling paint in the shower and under the sink. Wood door frame rotting on the bottom. The floor is no longer it's original white (?) color but a grimy grey/black that had apparently built up over the years. Same with the terracotta tiles in the living room. Towels were not up to snuff 2 days in a row, apparently because they are having trouble with their laundry service. The couch in the living area is worn and uncomfortable.
Overall the living area and bathroom just feel worn out, more like a student/hippie pad. While not dirty, it does not give the feeling of being nice and clean.
This apartment is advertised as a three star. I am not sure what criteria they use, but I think it is more like a one or two star property.
Unfortunately it did not meet our expectations.
Fab apartments

We are staying in apartment 7 in this group of 12 self catering apartments and we have a lovely lounge dinner with full views of the Alhambra Aircon and all you would expect from a self catering apartment and a good size. The bedroom also has a great view of the Alhambra where can lie in bed and still look up at it. A round deep bath which is amazing to spend some time in with a glass of Cava.
Talking to the owners no 7 and 12 are the best. It is 2 mins walk to the old town and the tapas bars. And about the same to the modern parts taxis and local buses. With apartment seven you also get us of a roof terrace where you can spend the evening just looking at the alhambra with a good bottle of wine and or have your breakfast up there.
Can not recommend these apartments enough.
Lovely and Beautiful

The apartments were located at the lower Albaicin, so the taxis would drive there without problems. The architect who has reconstructed the Ziri wall had also designed the apartments and buildings with beautiful details. The rooms had airconditioning which is very important in Granada during July! Besides the good location we enjoyed the shared roof terrace that gave a romantic view to the Alhambra. Our receptionist Eva was wonderful, getting us tickets to the Alhambra, taking care of us and giving us new info on the city.
Extremely Tiny

Apartomentos Muralla Ziri is quite centrally located in the town of Granada. Everything is close by. Rooms are very clean but extremely tiny. The bedroom door has to be closed in order to be able to get into the bathroom. One thing we are not happy about is the air conditioning, as it has very low power. We didn't sleep well because it's quite hot, plus the bed is too small for two.
The best thing about this apartment we can't afford not to mention is they DO have the precious lift. Otherwise image after we drag all our luggages on the pebble stone street (as the street are too narrow for Taxi to drive in ) then to find out that we have to climb the twist ,very narrow stairs we would be totally destroyed, physically as well as mentally.
Also, this apartment have bidet, too. We very much appreciate it.
