we stayed here last august as a family of 4. 2 adults and a 13 and 6 year old.
hotel spotless and and food was very varied. always had a full belly.
entertainment was fab for kids and adults alike.
veronica was so well liked with my daughters but unfortunately she left just a few days before us.
rooms spacious but can be noisy with entertainment.
no problem with getting bed around pool and this was peak season.
kids club free and although we had no intentions of sending our 6 year old she made friends and wanted to go.
tried to book this year but couldnt get a room.
glad really considering taken over by th3 french but such a shame for us x

Stopped here last year 2013 had a fab time was unable to book again for 2014 so booked elsewhere in the area instead. While we were there we decided to pop in for a look around and found to our horror that it has been overtaken by the French all th previous staff have been removed and replaced with French staff, all the previous signs are now in French the entertainment is all French speaking too. It is now totally All Inclusive only and the local traders ie Jimmy Hills and local supermarkets and amusements are finding things difficult this year as the French are not spending any money locally . This hotel should not be advertised in the uk anymore as it for the French and French only they will not accommodate any other nationality. Such a shame it was a brilliant holiday complex.

Have stayed here on two seperate occasions. Not disappointed on our return. The entertainment was much better on our first visit but we went jujst before main season and there was still something going on of an evening,
The hotel is in a great location with the main town just round the corner a two minute walk to everything. The beach is just ten minutes up the road.
The hotel is clean and well looked after. Staff friendly and helpful

Had a 2 week stay here with the kids, Loved Every minute, the kids entertainers were Amazing and couldn't do Enough for them vieLovely Pools and gardens, only regret is not going all inc , Definitely be going

Revisited Menorca after 10yrs .Stayed at same resort different hotel.First visit stayed at the Binnermar self catering with kids which was right next door to the Roc.Went all inclusive 2 wks 20th september 2013.This apartment hotel was excellent value for money on all in,the variety of food and drinks were wide.The place was very clean and maintained,all staff were very friendly nothing was to much trouble for them.The maid service was every second day for bedding and every day for cleaning bathrooms fresh towels usual hygiene.The most thing impressed with were the entertainment team 1 lady 1 man,they were excellent with every age group.If travelling with young children it is an excellent,service very child friendly,very child orientated,with entertainment team,and dinning area,high chairs kids own buffet bar.overall very pleasant stay at The Roc Oasis.Also noticed that all guests respected the cleansiness and didn,t drop fag ends or litter around.
