Stayed here from the 11 till the 16 of June rooms were clean staff was lovely food was lovely at bar pool was brilliant is a bit of a walk in to benidorm but not to bad walking up is a bit of a killer tho if your young it's fine deffo will come back with my children this time

This place never disappoints, never want to go anywhere else, Staff are AMAZING, ROOMS are FABULOUS, POOLS are BEAUTIFUL, FOOD is GREAT, all in all one great APPARTMENTS. Never had any problems here, bus into centre of benidorm everh hour, or wzlk down to bottom of street everh 15 mins, not expensive, taxi back to apartment bout €7,

It was our 6th visit here and probably our last , gone down hill rapidly !! Towels only changed twice in 7 days and when asked for fresh ones at reception we were refused any, No free wi-fi and you have to pay for basic channels on tv , Do not stay on roadside of hotel dogs barking all day and night and cockerels from early morning , think this place really needs to up its game as there are better and cheaper hotels in Benidorm , pity as used to love this place ,

Arrived home on Sunday from Teralta. We were there for my Hen Do. I shared a 2 bed apartment with my mum and 2 grown up daughters. I also had 4 friends in another apartment. The biggest down side to this place is that it is miles away from Benidorm new town. You can walk to the old town but it's a very steep hill and about a 15 min walk.
The apartment was advertised as having a queen bed in 1 room and 2 singles in another. I was going to share the queen with my mum but turned out it was barely a double so my daughter stayed in the living room allowing me to share the singles with my other daughter. Also there is nowhere to get ready. There is a tiny desk in one room but with no mirror! Not good for 4 females doing hair and makeup.
I have to mention the positive to this hotel was the reception staff. They were very helpful and friendly and really went out of their way for us. They called us taxis every night to go into town, we needed disable taxis as my mum is disabled and they helped with this. Also the entertainment lady personally introduced herself to us all and told us she was there if we needed anything.
Unfortunately we found the bar staff to be very rude. On our first day it was advertised happy hour so my daughter and friends went to the pool bar and my daughter ordered 2 wines to then be told it was only happy hour at the inside bar. They then went to order inside and the lady had rang through to tell the barman she had ordered 3 cocktails and not paid for them!! He refused to serve her at first until my friend intervened and told him she most definitely did not order any cocktails only wine! I was fuming at this. So much so that we decided to take our money elsewhere and ventured out to the beach bars on our other days. I find it really ridiculous for a start to only have happy hour a in one bar and this is not advertised! Also the wine is a poor measure at the pool bar. You are given twice as much inside for the same cost!
The hotel was kept clean. I would not stay here again as the bar staff really let the place down. There is also not much going on. We arrived on our first night to karaoke and it was children singing one after the other.
All in all I would not recommend this hotel to young people or families.

Just returned from here with my family and grandson thought the apartments were clean spacious and had everything you needed, apart from a iron the living area was large and had a fridge freezer hob microwave and toaster and kettle, the room was cleaned regularly and clean towels were left regularly, the pool was a good size but pretty cold, there's a small supermarket on site which sold a good variety of thing's, overall we had a good week and enjoyed our stay the only drawback with the apartments was the location it's in the old town in the middle of a residential area but ok if you don't mind walking but the hill back is a killer but there is regular buses available.
