These are a set of average apartments set about 10 kms out of the city centre. The Pros I found were decent size double bedroom with comfy beds and large cupboards, washer drier and free parking just outside. However I had a hard time finding it as Google maps takes you somewhere else if you put the Vertice apartments instead need to put Vertice hotels and the apartments are next to it.My key went corrupt every time I left the room which meant going to the reception again and again to get it fixed.Inside the living room was quite small and if you opened the sofa bed there is no space to move about at all.There were hardly any dishes in the apartment only 4 small glasses not tea pot or toaster to make some breakfast.There was very poor Wifi signal which kept disconnecting quite often. The swimming pool was in a very poor state looked like a home of algae not maintained for months.There was only single cleaning liquid provided for dish cleaning and washing cloths as well which looked a bit odd. All in all these are average apartments which are OK if booking last minute as not very costly but if you are planning in advance like I did you can definitely get more value for money elsewhere

We booked thinking there were buses running into Seville every 15 mins as per the internet but that is not the case. There is a bus approx 500 mtrs away and does go in every half hour or so except on Sundays. There is no help from the locals so next time I would book closer to town. The reception isclosed between 3pm and 5pm and does not open in Sunday so be sure you are able to get in once you arrive. The unit is ok but the kettle kept blowing the safety switch and took 2 days to get a replacement. We have to find to stove issue ourselves. There was no sink plug, no teatowel, no toilet brush and the toilet would hardly flush. There is no room service so
hard to get things fixed. I would not recommend. Washing machine walked out.

The apartment is very spacious and in a very convenient location. Groceries are just walking distance and if you don't fancy driving to Seville you can park your car at the apartment and catch a bus to Seville. The bus stop is just a two minute walk. The kitchen is well equipped if you love cooking. The AC works well as opposed to some people who said that it didn't work. The bedroom and shower/toilet are not small. It is near the motorway but it is not noisy. The staff are attentive. The only problem we have is some noises from the residents upstairs scraping the floor in the middle of the night.

Situated on the edge of the city next to the motorway this hotel will suit those with a car. It's a modern appartment complex with several restaurants and a pool in the hotter months. The rooms are very well eqipped such that you could stay here indefinitely if you wished. The one bedroom had a washing machine,iron,free safe,hair dryer,and everything you would expect. Only things lacking was an oven (only a hob) and there was no balcony.One downside is that they don't clean the rooms for the duration of your stay or replace towels etc although they leave some toiletries,paper etc. for when you check in. There are two restarants and buffet breakfast is 8 Euros. There is a bus to Plaza de Armes (No.163) which takes 20 minutes but it stops around 9.30pm and taxis are around 20 Euros so fares could mount up.Plenty of supermarkets nearby as well as bars and restaurants.
