We were very happy to find this apart hotel so near Paris. The apartment was clean and confortable for us (a couple and 2 little kids. ) It has a nice little kitchen, it was located in a safe neighborhood and there were some supermarkets not too far plus a little market just in front open late. The metro was 3 blocks from the place... we will definitely considered this place again in the future. Also the night employee in charged, if I remember well Nicholas, was very sweet with our kids and helpful

My first impression upon arrival was how friendly the staff were - although we arrived much earlier than the chekc in time (I was planning on leaving luggage and venturing out), we were booked into a room on arrival. Staff continued to be both friendly and helpful.
The bed were comfy beds & the pillow were good. The location, between two different metro stations made it easy to access Paris. I'd recommend staying here.

It was not a pleasent experience. We have stayed for5days of business, head a car to get around but it was nothing but trouble to get in and out of the place. The appartments were old and run down. Our privacy was not respected. It needs to improve a lot.

Firstly l was very mislead by the information about the room on the website, this was not an apartment but a hotel bedroom. The air-com did not work so it was very smelly and the bathroom extract did not work either, adding to our discomfort. The bathroom flooded every time you had a shower and needed extra protection to keep the the floor try. As the air-com did not work we could not use the small kitchen. The staff were not helpful in rectifying the situation.

Stayed here in August 2017 for 5 nights at the end our 3 week vacation. Close to subway and buses with easy access to central Paris, le marais and latin quarter. Close to grocery stores and bakeries for convenience. Spacious and clean room. The kitchenette was great for prepping breakfast and snacks as I have a gluten allergy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This was our best hotel on our trip to France and Switzerland this summer.
