I had been using the hotel's sports facilities for several months since it's close to where I live. My phone provider wasnt working properly so I asked for the wi-fi code to check emails for work. I was told "wi-fi is only for hotel's customers." Dam_, I thought I was one, they had been so happily taking my money for months. I dislike snobbish attitudes so here's what I think and I'm certainly not coming back.

We had a wonderful holiday there. The hotel is very clean, personell does its best to serve guests.
We stayed in building No.2. Rooms are not brand new, but quite clean. The problem of this building is the hall: you cannot get a midday nap as if someone is talking there (most often this was the cleaning stuff) is becomes VERY loud. As I understood the main building and No.3 designed in another way.
We were a bit destructed with the restaurant open hours. You have to stick to those as the snacks are just awful.
For the price I would expect the hotel to provide guests beach towels and umbrellas as they do not have own beach.
Overall Turkey makes the all-incl. better, but there are another reasons not to travel there nowadays.

We recently stayed at this hote,and had a very enjoyable time.it has a good variety of food,but can be a bit bland at times.The hotel is clean a the staff are very friendly and efficient.We had a 1 bedroom apartment with 2 pullout beds in the large living area.It also had a fridge and 4ring hob.it has a good size games room.the indoor pool is good and has Jacuzzis.there is also a well equipped gym and sauna.

Just came back from 1 week in the hotel. Glad that I have made my own judgment. Hotel was fine stay on the 1st floor in the main building, room facing the pool. Was clean and comfortable.
The hotel has got an indoor swimming pool.
Apartment with kitchen and basic utensil, toaster, coffee filter BUT no kettle. We had to improvise just boil the water like old fashion. Which we didn't mind.
Has also a hairdryer.
Clean the room everyday day with clean towel except Monday and Friday.
Tennis court charge around €3 per hour. I think
Rent a bike €5 for 4h + €2 insurance which you have to take.
Eroski supermarket down the road less that 5 mins walk. Quite cheap
There are bigger one like lidl and macadonia about 15 mins walk.
Beach about 5 mins walk, clean and sandy.
We went in winter time a lot of places were closed, very quite, we didn't mind.
We visited the cave in drach which was amazing adult €14.50
Half price for under 12.
Visited Cala radjada, Porto cristo well recommended. Cala boba, son severa.
Overall we had a lovely time as a family of 4, it is how you make of it. Make your own experience and memory with your family.

Came on holiday with my friend and her mum, and we stayed at Hotel Club Simo. Couldn't fault it. We arrived late at our hotel, and the staff arranged in the restaurant to let us eat in the restaurant for an hour or so, as we'd just had a 2 hour transfer from the airport (Palma Airport).
We were staying in a separate complex, which had its own pool. We thought this was brilliant, as there wasn't loads of children running about everywhere- it was nice and relaxed. Food was lovely, and staff very friendly.
I would definitely stay there again!
