Perfect location, one minute walk from the restaurants and the beach. You could buy fresh bread in the morning just across the street. Free parking five minutes away. Nice, clean and well equipped with washing machine in the apartment. 1,5km to supermarket. Only french balcony and one window in the apartment, but that comes with the architectural style. Really nice stay!

I spent a wonderful week at apartamentos Costera La Mar. They are located in the old town of Villajoyosa, one minute walking to the beach. This part of the town is very authentic and very unique on the "Costa Blanca". The beach is one of the most beautiful in the area and the water is so clear that it is a pleasure to dive. I would recommend everybody to choose that place. I would definitely come back.

We stayed for two weeks with a couple of friends in two different apartments and they were both of them incredible, two minutes walking of the sea. The village was so nice and the people were so helpful, I recommend it to everybody. We spent a wonderful stay.

I got a studio here as it is very close to a house I bought in the old town and it is being renovated. They close between 13:30-17:00 so if your flight is delayed they are very happy to leave you waiting. Surely a new key service can be arranged. Likewise if you don't make it by 8pm! Your left on the street! Tough luck. No wifi in my room, had to go to the corridor and the spa shower leaked buckets of water that i then had to clean up

We stayed at this apartment for a week in September, 2014.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, showing us to our studio apartment and explaining the facilities. They also provided advice on the resort and when asked the local restaurants.
A studio apartment was ample size for the 2 of us.
The apartments were located on a quiet side street with no car access. They are located within the old town, a 2 minute walk from the beach and nearby seafront restaurants.
I would definitely stay again.
