absolutely excellent stay , venue, and service. Very impressed would certainly stay again Staff very polite and kind Asked us where we intended to visit and showed us the way on Google maps . Room comfortable and had Elemis products which I use daily at home !,

Staff, food, rooms all excellent. Location good for access to central main attractions. Tube 2 mins walk, but in a side street so very quiet. Couldn’t find fault. Evening meal and breakfast quality was excellent. Will stay again

In the middle of financial district. Easy to reach from Gatwick by tube (tower hill metro station) or by taxi. It's no more expansive hotel. Rooms are small, clean and with all comfort. The staff are great: helpful and polite

Really nice staff and clean and luxurious hotel. Took care of us when we arrived late and was in a hurry. Good breakfast and safe location. Close to the towern. Great place for tourists as well as peo

They have changed the in room menu to a whole list of awful restaurant style food that is very difficult to eat on low couch style table or your knees. No burgers or pasta! A lot of expensive options - sea bass or steaks - Fish especially smelly in a small room with no windows to open. Old menu used to really good. The kitchen staff were really helpful in trying to resolve - but they could not do much about the awful menu.
