Good: location. Close to subway and a department store. No more good news.
Bad: dirty, stuff do not care about you.
My story:
I came to Paris, Clichy on business for 6 days, and booked this hotel due to the walking distance to the company I worked with. I checked in APPART'HOTEL CLICHY, and a receptionist charged me for an entire stay of six nights. In the middle of my first night when I started sleeping, I found bugs biting me and sucking my blood. There were plenty of them: in the bed, on walls, and on a floor. There were nobody at reception desk at nights, and I did not feel safe to go out after midnight. I was hiding in a bathroom a whole night.
Early morning I left a hotel and gave a memo for a receptionist explaining my situation. I requested to give me my money back. The same day 6:00 pm me and my French-speaking colleague returned to the hotel and met a hotel manager Ben Romdhane who refused to pay money back. He said "You guys blackmail me". Just like that. Nice.
In few days, my French colleagues, contacted his boss Gillaume Sintic, and Ben Romdhane returned a call promising to send my all money back to me. It was another lie. Nothing returned.
All-in-all, never ever stay in this hotel. It is dangerous; there are bed bugs, biting you, can transmit HIV.

Pros (thats the reason for 3 stars) Close to Metro 13 .. 3 min walking,huge grocery store next to hotel , restaurants with great food.. 5 min walking..

Front desk not too friendly, wifi not the best and they will change the password during your stay without telling you. Run out of hot water 2 day during mid day... or they cut off the hot water...notclear. No AC, no fan, no soap or shampoo. The mattress was really dirty with stains, carpet dirty...bathroom moldy..They didnt clean the room at all.. not even to pick up trash. No ice machine... and they will charge 8.50 euros for a light breakfast

Location is good. Two mins from nearest metro. One min from supermarket. Five mins drive from bd peripherique.
This place is a dump. In our room, there are holes in the dining chair cushion, there are no lights in any of bed side table lamps. The bathroom was mouldy with exposed rusty pipes. Room was noisy both from outside traffic and loud neighbouring room who're having a party of sorts. Staffs don't speak much English and bit indifferent.
Underground car park is dark and you will feel uncomfortable even in daytime.
Saving grace: I left something valuable in our room at checkout and a very diligent young man named Foued had it retrieved and left in a safe place with a note.

We (4 people, a dog) spent two days in Paris on our family vacation to Brittany and chose this Apart Hotel because of its short distance to Paris and we could bring the dog.
First of all, I sent several emails to the hotel in advance because of confirmation and pre-booking of breakfasts, but never got a reply.
When we arrived, we realized that the staff's English was not as good as expected, so communication was a little difficult. The WiFi connection was, too: there are 2 different internet routers (one for the hotel, one for the rooms, which require different passwords), which had to be explained by the staff, because there was no information available in the room or hallways.
Sadly, we had to change the first apartment because of its poor condition. The second one was better, still not good, but acceptable. At least it had linen, a working fridge and no burn marks on the carpet.
Although the dishwasher smelled disgusting of mold and could not be used, plates and cutlery were okay. The beds were really great, and we could leave the car in the parking lot for a reasonable price (€10,50 per night), which was very helpful.
We guess, the rating with three stars certainly originates from the location of the hotel. Metro Station (line no. 13) Mairie-Clichy is only 100 metres away and it's just 9 stops to Champs-Elysées. We could walk the dog on a grassy area near the hotel, there is a bakery and a small but inviting café around the corner, and, best of all, a big supermarket across the street (which supplied us with convenient breakfast stuff).
On the whole, we assign 2 stars: one for the location, and the other one for the quality of the beds. Nevertheless, the condition of the rooms must be improved, and explanation of internet use (which should be standard nowadays) within the hotel has to be enhanced.
If you lower your expectations and don't stay too long, you might have a passably good stay.

The hotel was pretty nice and close from the subway station which helps you visit the most attractions of Paris, very convenient location with the supermarket right across the street, I would recommend it for it good value of money
