Nice little hotel run by pleasant family. We came very late, but for the owner it was not a problem. In the morning we were greeted by a delicious breakfast with a beautiful view of the mountains!
Nearby is Toplitzsee - The lake in which is still treasure of the Nazis (no signposted - you're on your own) you need to see!

After several accommodations on our big hiking trip with limited amenities, it was a genuine pleasure to stay in Hotel Montana. The rooms are extremely clean, large, well-furnished, with a spacious and clean bathroom. It all looked very new. There was an elevator! The staff is friendly and gave us rides around town. There is a game room in the basement with a ping pong and small pool tables. Also foosball. The location is a bit away from the town center but within 5-10 minutes of walking. The train station is only a 10 minute walk.

Had a fanastic time staff were so friendly and could not do enough for us.Rooms were very comfortable. Food very good.Nothing was to much trouble.Very enjoyable stay and would go back again if in the area.
