Clean, good service, obliging, the manager booked taxis and organised airport pickup, honest, reliable service
Close to Anna Salai, good restaurants around, opposite to Tamilnadu Tourism

Hotel was near to Marina Beach (within 1.5 KMs), Conveyance easily available. Hotel room were clean but small in size. Mangers and Staff members were very supportive. Restaurant was integrated and provided good south Indian foods.

It took some days to get a smile out of the concierge, but thereafter it was a nice stay. It is all clean but there is a ventilation shaft for the bathroom where you can hear all your neighbors activities. It was a clean, air-conditioned, anonymous environment. The concierge first seemed not to want to help, but some days later was more then friendly. Maybe he needs some time until he knows someone..

Simple & Nice accommodation.Their maintenance is good.It is near to Marina beach where you can have good time pass @ evenings.Near by there are mallu, andhra,Bengali mess to have simple good meals.Also there are few tandoori restaurants which are walk able.I went for my VISA interview and stayed there for 3 days.I specially thank Mr Venkat @ reception who helped us & treated well for which we were very much happy.

I booked this place for my parents who came all the way to meet me in Chennai. I called the place and made the reservations at the very last hour. I was a little wary of the choice after a read the reviews from tripadvisor and many other places. They were not really good. I decided to take the risk because of two reasons.
1) I'm familiar with the locality and in worst case, there are many hotels around this locality.
2) The place is really close to TTDC office. (I had booked 2 tour packages for my family for the trip)
To my surprise, I experience was really nice apart form the service boys at the restaurant. The water was really clean and good. the room was cozy and clean and the place was affordable. I stayed for 4 days and during the whole time, the hotel was full.
Cons:
The room service was below par, many a times they took too long for a water refill or brought in wrong orders. I strongly suggest not to order food to the room. There are lots of options to look out for in the locality
