The room was facing the breakfast/deck area and it was really loud when people were out there. You could not sleep in if you tried. The front desk was a little too friendly, it felt like you were visiting that aunt that never quite lets you do your own thing. It was clean and the breakfast was good. The pool is a nice extra especially in the middle of summer. The location is great- walking distance from the main beach- very convenient. We didn't get our rooms cleaned everyday and had to ask for towels a few times. Worth it for the price but might fork over a few extra bucks next time for some privacy.

Friendly staff and service. Will see me again. Big rooms + swimming pool and a awesome environment. I personally liked the dinning area that's set up 24/7 for all to use. Thank you for the nice welcoming.

We stayed one night as a stopover during our drive along the Garden Route. Although basic we found the guest house to be friendly, clean and a comfortable spot to overnight. We were welcomed in a friendly manner and given a full tour of the facilities. Very simple and fast check in and out.

Mr Smith was one of the nicest and talkative person we ever encountered when checking in. He gave us a warm welcome, showed us everything and recommended us of what to do. On the day we checked out he arranged another room for us so we could take a shower after surfing. It's located just 5 minutes drive from the surf village.
The facility is a bit old (fat TV's from the 90') and doesn't give you the modern experience. Breakfast was basic, the milk tasted a bit sour.

We had a very pleasant stay at Aquarius, with very friendly and helpful staff, and a clean and comfortable room. However, upon returning from our trip I noticed that we had been charged twice for our stay, and despite repeated emails, I have yet to be reimbursed. I do not like to leave a negative review for a good accommodation, but I am hoping it inspires someone to get in touch.
