Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and what a delight it was. The staff were very helpful and very frendly nothing was too much trouble and the room was very comfortable and clean would highly recommend it. The breakfast in the morning was good and plenty of it.
Idealy situated at the foot of the Old City infact it only takes a couple of minutes to walk into the centre. Would stay again.

I’ve booked 1 nigh 4 months in advance at booking.com for a cancelable rate of 78€/night for a standard double room (excluding BF 9,50€/pp and city tax 1€/pp).
Hotel was very clean, ground floor and first floor, +30 rooms , no elevator. Onsite parking. Location : perfect, only 150m from entrance to La Cité. Bus stop of Navette bus to/from airport 150m (5€/pp).
Our room on the 1th floor was rather small (+-16m²) , although very cosy , clean and quiet at night. Good blackout curtains. Good bed and clean sheets. Silent airco, flatscreen TV. Bathroom was adequate, small size and clean, includes a combi bath tub/shower. Complimentary : Wifi, but no waterkettle nor coffee/tea (coffee machine in lobby for small fee).
Small lounge, fine lobby, English spoken. Buffet breakfast was very good, especially for French standards. The swimming pool area was clean, good chairs, but very deep pool … look for your children.
Conclussion : Good 3*** hotel, perfect location. Price : cheaper than similar hotels in walking distance of La Cité. Recommendable for short visits.

We stayed for one night but it was a very comfortable one. Nice room which was very clean. Very friendly reception staff who welcomed us with a very friendly French charm. Close to the Old city and La Bastide. Plenty of places to eat and drink close to the hotel and free parking is available. Overall we were very impressed. We felt that this was a cosy and happy place to stay.

This hotel is perfectly situated to visit the fortified city (5 minute walk). We were able to park our car and visit everywhere we wanted on foot. The room was sufficient for us, but if you have children, or need more space, you would want to upgrade to a larger room. Rooms are said to be soundproof (fabric covering) and it was peacefully quiet in the room.
I was a little annoyed that the person at the desk quoted an inquiring person a room rate 13 euros less than what we were paying (seems rather unfair). There is no kettle or iron in the room. The room was basic, but clean.

The location, a 5 minute walk to La Cite sells this place.
The bonus is the excellent buffet style continental style breakfast which includes bottomless coffee, fresh fruit, fruit salad,fruit juice,pastries,yogurt,cereals,do-it-yourself egg boiler +many other items.
The rooms are smallish but adequate and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom in our room was a little outdated with a shower head that had to be detached and held above my head because it didn't go high enough. My other complaint is that there were no English speaking channels on the TV even though it listed them on the TV guide in the room.
There is a quiet courtyard pool where we relaxed in the afternoon after touring.
Would return if ever back in Carcassonne.
