There is not much hotel available during Feria de San Marcos, price of hotel room was quite high especially on Fri and Sat night. Aranzazu was the only one I could book with relatively reasonable price, as the others which were still available are too far away to my workplace and not cost-effective. The double bed room I booked was spacious, tidiness and comfortable. I was curious there were so many different type of pillows on the beds. Air conditioning is good, but old-fashioned. Bathroom is large and fully equipped. Breakfast buffet was nice with surcharges. Location is great if you stay Aguascalientes for tourism. Aranzazu is an old style 4-star hotel without renovation, you can expect its decoration may be antiquated and in not good condition. Though staff at the front desk were not at English speaking, they were all friendly and helpful. I would stay at Aranzazu again if I am free to visit the centro Aguascalientes next time.

Great place! Clean loved it very large rooms all the staff were helpful without being overbearing or ducking up too much for a tip. Great pie shop around the corner.. (should have bought more) extra on the corner. And the "Concierge" will get you tacos or tell you where to go. I love a place that takes care of the customers. Did I sat everything VERY clean.

Whenever Gloria and I visit Aguascalientes to meet with friends and party, we often stay here in a suite. Their suites are clean, large with a sitting area, large comfortable king bed, bathroom with a tub and shower plus lots of closet space. We have invited two couples at one time over for drinks on several ocassions and there was lots of space for a enjoyable evening. In our opinion this hotel offers great value for the price.
The lobby bar is small and seldom used, and the restaurant is average, but quite acceptable for breakfast and lunch. The staff is friendly and helpful and the hotel is generally spacious and clean.
There are a few quirks about this place, for example you must pick up your iron at the front desk and pay a deposit, and you must get a prior advance on your credit card before using room service which I have never heard of before. Anyway once you figure out how things work its a nice average hotel that gives good value for the price.

I had the opportunity to stay at Hotel Aranzazu while on a business trip to Aguascalientes, Mexico for the Pan Am Taekwondo Championships. This hotel is located close to the Gimnasio Olimpico (competition venue) and to the training venue. Both are less than one mile from Hotel Aranzazu. The hotel food was of very good quality, the service by the staff was very courteous, friendly and professional. The sleeping rooms were spacious, clean, and adequate. Location, quality of service, and quality of food make this an excellent choice in Aguascalientes.

Nice looking hotel, very nice and friendly people. Unfortunatelly the rooms are old. Beds are big and comfortable but the bathrooms are very poor with some mold...
The food was excelent untill some of the visitors had a stomach problems (vomiting) but we were all Europeans so might not used to it...
I would recommend this hotel just for quick stay if necessary...
Though the hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpfull...
