Very clean guest house with very friendly staff. The rooms are clean but dated decor. Fantastic views of the bay from large bay window in bedroom . Bathroom small but adequate for weekend stay nice touch free toiletry sachets. Cooked breakfast nice. Free parking outside of the guest house. Not a 4 star hotel but you get what you pay for.
Basic but value for money,

If you want the Ritz pay for the Ritz, if you're happy for somewhere cheap and cheerful then great. Dated a bit tatty but clean. I arrived very late and the land lady waited up for me. Breakfast was ok, a fair selection (once we found it).
Another great visit

We have been using this Hotel for the past 10 years for our travelling group of Crawley supporters - this time 29 of us travelled up by coach for our game at Morecambe. Once again we were extremely made welcome by Lydia and family - the accommodation is very comfortable and breakfast very good. It never disappoints staying here - we have booked our next stop in March when we play Carlisle and return back to Morecambe for the evening.
One night stay

Stayed here for 1 night passing through. Lydia was very helpful and polite - her husband a little abrupt. As per previous reviews, it is not a modern place but is adequate for one night. It is overpriced for what is offered the rooms are dated - the breakfast is disappointing as written in other reviews, it has been sitting for a while, not freshly cooked. Parking is on the road which is ok and plentiful.
There are other better value places to stay but I would still recommend it.

stayed at the clifton for 2 nights with a group of male golfers,so not the quietest bunch but the hotel coped remarkable well. Rooms you need to request front facing rooms for great views of the bay rooms dated but clean and adequate. Breakfast good full English.
