Alas this is no longer a hotel any more. This is now changing to an old folks residence and does not cater for people looking to stay. This is no longer a hotel. Located about 5 miles or less from the city center and 15mins from Dublin airport it was a good location for a hotel.

Excellent hotel, 10 - 15min walk to town. Very friendly staff, make you feel very welcome, breakfast very good. They alo have a restaurant which i would highly recommend. Italian cuisine, and all cooked by an Italian cheff, the food i had was excellent, a little on the pricy dide though . To summarise clean friendly, fairly well situated would definitely use again.

Stayed here for a tour of the Guinness factory, s good base not far from the airport and a bus stop right outside the hotel to Dublin city centre, what a fantastic buffet breakfast, eat as much as you like, very well cooked indeed, good sized rooms and well equipped also, didn't want to go so quickly, 1 night isn't enough here, very clean place

The hotel is nice, and the room was of a good quality. Although it was a bit loud as it is on a main road. The bed is comfy with a decent TV and plenty of space to manoeuvre. Bathroom was also quite good and the rooms were regularly attended to. The hotel had a big bar/restaurant although we never went into it.
The hotel wasn't very central, we had to get the bus back and fourth to the city centre as it wasn't really walk-able and the taxis are too expensive in Dublin to be using them every day to get to and from the hotel. It is within walking distance of the Zoo though, that was about a 45 minute walk. There isn't too much around this area, you have to go to the city centre for any sign of nightlife or restaurants. Also, it was about a 30-40 euro taxi to the airport if I recall correctly, but Dublin is a very expensive city anyway.

Had a lovely stay here with my husband and the food and staff were very friendly. The breakfast was fab and the lunch was lovely can't believe its closed down. I would of highly recommended this hotel to anyone.
