I've been staying here for several years and have never had any issues. The rooms are clean, maybe a little outdated but for the money you can't go wrong. There are two buildings, it's best to stay in the main building.

I just spent 5 nights at this property and it was ideal for my needs: refrigerator, microwave, Wi-Fi and a stone's throw from Saw Mill River Parkway - a gateway to NYC and Westchester County..
It serves a continental breakfast. There is a nice little market 2 blocks away that sells fresh fruit and vegetables and has a killer sandwich and salad list.
And, finally, the price was right!.

Rooms are spacious, and clean. I sleep well. For the price this place exceeded my expectations. We had no complaints with the rooms. Only thing I didn’t like was the continental breakfast - too many starches & not enough other options.

Booked this motel for employees (construction workers) while working in the area. Explained that we needed two rooms for a total of two weeks. At check in they gave us a discounted price and told us we would need to pay for one week at the moment and the second week when commencing the second week. Sounded normal as it was it was being rented as weekly rentals.
Expectations were not high as it is a low cost motel. But it was fairly clean, and close to highways. Like many have mentioned, It is a motel!
While there we did notice that its rented by the hour as well. I wouldn't recommend for families especially with children.
Didn't have any problems with the first week but when it was time to renew the rooms for the second week, they advised us that the price was an additional $200 per week per room as they were closer to capacity and the owner no longer wanted to offer us the same discount.
At this point It was Sunday at 8 am and now we had to look for a new hotel. We checked out of one room and paid for the additional night in the second room while we looked in the area for a new place.
At 12:30 am the manager knocks on the room door and advises our employees that we needed to pay for the head board that we broke. He continues to calls me at that time to tell me the same thing. We asked to see the room and he told us that he couldnt because it was booked for the night but he would show us in the morning.
Monday morning at 7 am we show up to the hotel to check out before work and he shows us the room. He admitted that the room had been booked 3 times since we checked out that morning, and that one couple had complained that the headboard fell off the wall and it had to have been our employees that left it broken. He also said that we needed to pay for an additional cleaning because we had left a box in the room. When we checked the box in front of him together it had dirty diapers.
At that moment I realized they were just trying to make a quick extra dollar and walked out.
The rooms were booked for 4 male employees (2 in each room). They have no children on this trip. They are working 12 hour days 6 days a week, and I can assure you they are not ripping headboards off the walls.
Makes more sense that it was broken by one of the 3 couples during their hourly rentals after we checked out. Which by the way the clerk at the front desk went in to check the room after we handed her the keys that Sunday morning.
They made an extra charge to my account this morning which I know have to dispute.

The property is older but it is well maintained. Rooms were clean and comfortable with good amenities. Sleep quality was ok, however the pillows were not. It is a bit noisy since the motel is located between two highways, US-9 on the backside and Saw Mill Parkway, high traffic, 100 yards on the front side of the motel. We did have an issue with the heater, it did work. The fool that came to fix it turned on the A/C and set it at 60. When we returned from dinner the room was like an icebox. The situation was never rectified to our satisfaction.
