The gardens are stunning, as is the view of the volcano, if you are lucky. We were!. The staff are first class, and willing to do anything to help. Eylin phoned the attraction she knew we were visiting to let me know that I had lost my money belt. The cabina was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The breakfast food was very good and the Italian meal also excellent. I cannot find any fault whatsoever.

Comfortable and quiet, clean room, great staff. Excellent pizza restaurant on site. A bit out of the way from La Fortuna. You will need a car or cab to get to town. Staff were great at organizing activities and bus will pick up and drop you off at reception office. Great experience!

Excellent and convenient location. Great view and facilities. Amicable staff; very helpful. The Inn restaurant had great food. Highly recommend.

This is the best place where you can make you vacation in Costa Rica worth in every little things. Although the drive is about 3-4 hrs from San Jose, the bumpy, long and super winding road, up and down, up and down - it was very challenging. But when we reached our hotel which is the Arenal Volcano Inn, they put us to a unit which is on top of the hill and can see the best view of the volcano as seen in the picture - all your worries can be set aside -relaxing! There was a peace of mind in all of us while we were there. They said that dinner food is costly, but try their best pizza even once, it can only be bought from their restaurant. The breakfast was super excellent! You don't need any lunch at all after having their delicious breakfast. The best part was the ziplining. My wife and I are senior citizens already, initially scared to do this but after the 1st and 2nd zips, the rest were fun and we wanted more and do it again.

We really enjoyed our stay- it is a lovely place with helpful, nice staff. The pool and hot tub were perfect, with nice lounge chairs. The breakfast and lunch were excellent food, with a lovely view of a bird feeder, where we could watch the amazing Costa Rican birds eat in a park-like setting. The price was very reasonable and I was so happy to find snacks and wine in the room for us. There was a private porch to sit outside and enjoy the sun, too.
