Spent 5 days here during three weeks of travel. This place is a full apartment with the luxury of a nice hotel. The beds were some of the best I have slept on in China and I have slept in many Chinese hotels. For someone with an extended stay for business, this is perfect. Plenty of room and beautiful views at night.

I just stayed at this hotel for the 2nd time. 5 min walk to Xikang Road subway station, also possible to walk to the shopping area along Nanjing Road, takes less than 30 min.
The room is not large yet comfortable. Selected units have a washer, good for extended stay too. The only 2 things to be improved - Wi-Fi wasn't stable, affected my work. Some receptionists were unfriendly and not willing to attend guests' requests at all. Other than these 2, the hotel met my expectation.

The apartments are quite well equipped and the beds are comfortable. It is a 5 minute walk to the WuDaDao historic area which, if you have a few hours, is definitely worth walking around. There is not much dining or entertainment in this area of town, so do what you need to do before you go back to the apartment at the end of the day. The staff - especially the guys in the ground floor lobby, reception and breakfast staff are all quite nice and try to help but English skills are not always the best. Breakfast is adequate. Laundry service is efficient. TV Channel choice is extensive. Free WiFi has trouble sometimes connecting to non-Chinese websites

The room was not big, but nice and clean， free wifi inside. Ariva has easy access, good environment around.The staff support us very good service. Nice Breakfast. My workmates feel very glad. I will also book this hotel next time.

I don't see why somebody don't like this place, I mean it was very neat, much better than I thought it would be, fast wifi, clean room and staff were also very nice and helpful. Would book here again next time.
