Beautiful hotel; workout facility was very nice; rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable; staff was friendly and accommodating; has many choices for restaurants on the property; checked out only one of he pools and it was nice; did not have an opportunity to try the water park

Deplorable, unhelpful customer service; unresponsive and uncaring staff. Unimaginative, institutional overpriced food. Don't stay here if you have specific dietary needs (like gluten intolerance, for example). Phone was broken (and filthy). Wake up call never came. Room service missed half our order. Chairs on the restaurant patio are covered in bird feces. Staff needs serious training. Will never stay there again.

Almost got lost trying to get from place to place during a busy dance competition here. The hotel map didn't help too much. We had a spacious King Suite - Liked especially bath and vanity but a tip for the pull-out couch: sleep on top of a blanket to cushion the springs of the bed. Loved the free shuttle to the mall. But better signage or at least more staff walking around or driving a golf cart to help with directions would be great.

I gave this resort hotel a one star rating for the following reasons: they charge a ridiculous daily resort fee on top of the daily hotel room rate, the hotel lobby restaurant prices are extremely high for the amount of food you get, my room was not cleaned for 2-1/2 days and then only after I called the front desk. The person at the front desk said “There are 750 rooms in this resort, and we can’t clean every room every day.” That is not the guests’ problem. I ate lunch at the Lobby Grill and they forgot to bring my food. They did comp my meal, so I did appreciate that. However, the second time I ate there and was accompanied by a friend, we were told it would be a 20 minute wait. After 20 minutes, the hostess told us it would be another 15 minutes before we could be seated. The puzzling thing was that there were very few people in the restaurant during this time so don’t know why it took so long to be seated. There are many buildings, so your room may be quite a distance from the main lobby. The grounds are beautiful. I was there for a business conference, otherwise, I would have left and gone to a different hotel.

Rooms are spacious with balcony and separate livingroom and very nice. Resort is impressive with nice walkways, golf, shuttle to shopping. Food menu for conference disappointing. Mexican restaurant very good. Pool area closed - a real disappointment.
