It's a low budget hotel in a "not top condition".
The service was ok - at the beginning.
Because we had to leave early (~7.00 am) we paid the evening before.
The morning we checked out they told us we had still to pay. We had discussion with 3 guys from the hotel. Which tried to get the money twice. Because they were unable to reach the guy who did work the evening we paid and I was not willing to unpack again to look for the slip from the credit card (taxi was already ordered) we had discussion from inside the hotel until out of the street.
At the end they told us liars, because the credit card machine hadn't worked yesterday morning. I explained them for the third time we paid in the evening...

The staff was good and the service the room is also very clean
the location to go for shopping and city tour is good and restaurant is also have tasty food
and we want to visit again with the family .

Best budget hotel & excellent service. Location is very close to US Embassy, BKC, Bandra Terminus & local Railway station.Rooms are comfortable, very neat and well maintained. provides all essential amenities.

Worst experience. Do not go to that hotel and hostel also.. they will make you wait up to 3-4 hours after reaching the hotel. And finally they will say, we do not have any empty rooms. Sorry sir. I suggest you guys, better do not ever book that hotel. Arma court is a totally waste. Kachraaa.

Very budget hotel, extremely small rooms, very suffocating.
As per online ordering they showed complementary breakfast, but they fooled by giving a small bowl of limited poha.
The restaurant above which the hotel is located is good & serves tasty food.
