One of the Best Hotel in Ahmedabad

The Design of the room is awesome. Its spacious and well maintained. I checked in at 10.00pm still the hotel staffs arranged a good food for me. Everything was neat and clean in room as well the bathroom. You can get a essence of a 4star at a rate of 3 star hotel. The location of the Hotel is just beside the Havmor Hotel so very prime location of the city.

Overall a very good experience.

We came from Mumbai to Ahmedabad for some family gathering. We got a good pickup from the airport followed by a very good and hospitable staff and room service. Before entering the premises we were not very sure about the services that were committed to us. But they kept there words and gave us the best services. The food and ambience was nice. Since the hotel is located in the centre of the city. Reaching anywhere from the hotel is easy. Overall a nice hotel. Thanks Armoise.....

Cockroaches, Bedbugs and Indifference

While the hotel itself did not seem to be in uncleanly or in poor shape upon arrival it was when my group was waiting for the elevator that we noticed a few cockroaches in the display cabinet for pastries at the hotel cafe that we felt we might need to be on our toes. However, we dismissed this observation by telling ourselves that we wouldn't be eating at the hotel. As we had a tour planned for that evening I dropped my bags in the room, 306 if I remember correctly, showered and headed out.

Returning late in the evening my travel partner and I flopped on the bed and were watching a movie for 30-45 minutes before I noticed a small bug on the bed sheet. I stood up to observe it closer and asked my friend if they thought it was a bedbug. Neither of us were sure. Only when he went to his side of the bed and flipped over his pillow did we see the entire underside of it was covered in bedbugs. Once we saw them there we began to see them everywhere and immediately gathered our things.

I called the front desk and explained that there were bedbugs in our room and that we would require a new room immediately. The attendant responded, "Bugs?". "Yes! bedbugs. Mites!" I replied. It felt like my complaint was falling on deaf years yet they said they would send someone up. Shortly thereafter a bell boy arrived. We explained that there were bedbugs all over the mattress and reiterated that we would be needing a new room. Without reply the bell boy picked up a pillow to observe the bedbugs and then proceeded the bat them off of the pillow with his hand all over the room. Telling him to stop we grabbed our things and placed them in the hall so as to avoid any further potential for contamination. Seemingly indifferent to our distress and the potentially disastrous consequences a hotel bed having bedbugs could have on the whole establishment we were led to the fourth floor and our new room.

The bell boy opened our room and inserted our old room key card in the power slot that activates the electricity throughout the room. He told us that because this was the key card for the old room that we would need to go to the front desk tomorrow to replace it with the appropriate key. Acknowledging this he left and we closed the door. At this point it was well past mid-night but despite this we stayed up combing through our clothes and taking apart our beds to look for any signs of bedbugs. Having stripped down to our underwear to look at the clothes we had on while laying on the previous mattress we hear a knock at the door. My friend and I look at each other wondering who it could be, but before either of us could get to the door to respond the same bell boy unlocks our door and enters our room, our private room, to replace the key card. As we stand there half naked he entered, replaced the key and left, never acknowledging how he had just compromised our personal space. Shocked, we turned in for a very stressful night as with every itch we felt we might be in another infested mattress.

After this point no mention of our experience was made by hotel staff and no form of recompense was offered. We told other members of our group to thoroughly check their beds before we left the following morning but none of them reported seeing any bedbugs. For my friend and I this experience resulted in only one stressful, sleepless night so I can't say it ruined my trip altogether but the hotel's indifference to our situation and a significant threat to the well being of their guests I found to be utterly shocking. I say this only because on our second night as my friend and I ascended the stairs to our new 4th floor accommodation and looked down the 3rd floor hallway to our previous room did we see the green light on the rooms buzzer activated. Meaning that within less that 24 hours the hotel had already checked another victim into this room.

We came from Bangalore to Ahmedabad first time with family on Dushera vacation. We were happy to get a good hospitality at Armoise Hotel. Generally what we see online is not same but in this case we were too happy to stay at Armoise Hotel as they arranged us ride to visit places in Ahmedabad. Also we wer'nt​ worried about food as we got all the facilities at Armoise Hotel.

Overall a good hotel with a nice breakfast

As far as the location is considered it is near to the road side.
As soon as we reached the hotel, we were offered with a welcome drink (i.e. A Frooti), which was a nice way to welcome the guys who are coming after a long journey.
Then completed all the formalities and went to the room.
Room was too good, it was neat and clean.
But AC was not working properly, so we had to call them again and again at last after plenty of reminders, we got it done.
Room Service was good.
The only disadvantage is the wifi, as you can use wifi only for one device, not more than one device.
In the morning we went to have breakfast, where there were lots of varieties like juices,fruits,breads, and many more.

So overall a good stay at this hotel
