Nice hotel, nice and helpful staff. Close to public transport. Perfect for a short stay.
The rooms are clean and have the basics you need for a short stay.
Breakfast was good. Enough choice to start the day good. The neighborhood wasn’t really exciting, but public transport was nearby, so that was no problem.

The hotel was of an average level the rooms were small but clean with no tea and coffee facility’s although these where available downstairs in the breakfast area, the breakfast was a small selection with only cold options. The hotel was a quick walk away from McDonald’s and the metro station although I would recommend exercising caution when in the metro as we saw pickpockets while there, the general area around the hotel seemed dirty and not somewhere you would like to walk late at night. To summarise the hotel was small but clean and well maintained with a limited breakfast and the local area was a little rough and there were pickpockets operating a fair bit.

From the moment we walked in through the door we were well looked after. Every member of the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were modern, clean and compact but we didn't need much more space - we were only sleeping there. I thought the two room suites were an ingenious use of space and made it easier to bring kids on a break like this.
The breakfast room looked very stylish and the breakfast was simple as expected, but it was enought to start the day. They were even able to provide soya milk. No kettles in the rooms but you can help yourself to hot drinks from the breakfast room during the day and night and there is a nice range of teas etc.
There is a Carrefore City food store on the way to the metro (only 2-3 minute's walk) if you want to stock up on drinks, snacks or provisions for a picnic lunch whilst out and about in Paris as a family. Being on Metro line 9 was very convenient for sight seeing and train connections to UK.
My only niggle was that I couldn't get the air con to cool the room - so I opened the windows and put ear plugs in. I imagine anywhere in Paris is noisy with open windows. And as some have said the walls are quite thin - but I had ear plugs. [I never travel *anywhere* without ear plugs and eye shades!]
Some people have commented about pickpockets. I don't know that they are pickpockets but on both nights of our stay there were groups of men standing around near the Metro. I wasn't particularly bothered by them but I can see how some would.
Finally, it was very helpful to use the luggage room to store bags after check out to spend the day sightseeing before heading home.
Would I stay again. Definitely.

When arriving from the metro to go to the hotel, we noticed that the area surrounding this hotel wasn’t very pleasant and saw a lot of pick pocketing take place - Very unsettling.
The room was small and basic but functional and was cleaned every day and to a good standard. (Took the heaps of our mcdonald’s wrappers from the room! - Try the potato wedges!)
Breakfast tasted nice but there wasn’t a lot of option. A choice of pastries, french stick, ham, cheese and yoghurts. After breakfast had finished they used the room as a tea/coffee drinking facility with free small cakes which was nice but unfortunately we only found out about this on the last day.
If I was going to paris again I would definitely pay more to stay in a better area and have a larger room

Booking from Sept 20th to 25th 2017 This hotel has nothing to enjoy with
Booking from Sept 20th to 25th 2017 1. Room very very small - not value for money 2. We were 2 Persons - I paid a double Room for 2 Persons and HOTEL GIVE ONLY 1 BOTTLE OF WATER OF 50cl!!!!!! - It's a SHAME - IT'S CHEATING 3. Back from a Party at 3.00am, I had to wait 15 min outside till somebody from Reception open the door - This Happened 2 times 4. Parking is available but they never mention on Booking that you have to pay 16euros per day for it!!! Very difficult to find parking outside.... 5. Breakfast very poor / Basic not valuable for the money
