I had a booking for this hostel. Upon arrival on the 23:00, I could not check in, so I contacted the owner. He said he had cancelled my reservation and sold my room to a different person, but also forgot to inform me (and my booking website). He technically cancelled the reservation on my booking website within 2 minutes of the call, so he did not have to explain anything to them. Awful, unprofessional behavior to a guest coming at 11pm with no apologies given.

ıt is difficult to find the hotel since the area is dark .We colud not find free parking area there is no intruction and the hotel is in the corner of a Street and difficult to find a prking place on the Street .
The most awfull part the stiars of the atirpc rooms they are unsafe and you colud get hurt yourslef easly ,no proteciton bar only some cordons .
We could not stay in the hotel after check in due to unsafe stairs inside the room ,and could not get refund .Never stay or book again

We booked this room based on the high ratings on Trip Advisor and failed to notice that its "hotel class" is 1 star. We were disappointed with the room, but will highlight the positives and negatives:
Positives:
- The hotel is walking distance to the city center/near a good pizza spot
- Free parking/Good WiFi Reception
- Kitchen area
Negatives:
- The automatic check-in system is not problem free. The reservation code that we received from our online booking site was not the "right" check-in code. Therefore, we had additional roaming charges to call the owner for the correct code.
- Our room was next to the bathroom ... You could hear everyone's "business" in there (in our case starting at 5 am)
- The mattress was worn/floor not completely clean/room had an interesting smell
P.S. If you are in the hotel and confused about the scanner, it is meant for you to scan and leave a copy of your ID card (we didn't understand the English instructions).

Came in late tonight, check in was no problem. Super friendly staff and really clean. Free fast wifi as promised and a lot of space. The apartment is really bright and tidy. Worth every buck spent. Thumbs up

Pretty good location, bus stop is close. 15 minutes walking from the bus terminal. Clean, comfortable beds. The price is great in comparison with others nearby. A very nice japanese restaurant at the corner where you can pay 19 euros and eat as much as you can. Drinks to be paid separately.
