I’ve visited the hotel regularly for training and have always been greeted by a friendly cheerful face when buying coffee. The hotel cafe area is lovely, reasonably priced, and service is excellent!
Definitely worth a visit.

Quiet hotel for business trips. I have stayed in this hotel several times and I think its best asset is their staff, special mention to Marija, who delivers great service with passion, makes me start the day with a smile. Big thank you from me to her!

Booked a one night stay for our daughters 18th birthday , there were 6 of us ( girls only ) and seriously cannot fault anything .
Check in girls explained everything perfectly, even remembered speaking to me a few weeks before.
We were upgraded FOC to a premier room. We were on the fourth floor room 407 , it was clean , beautifully laid out , clean bathroom with bath and shower , fridge , tv and a lovely double bed . We drunk in the bar which was lovely , slightly pricey , 23.00 for two G&Ts
We were also allowed to use the gym which was ok
the resturant staff went above and beyond decorating an area of the resturant for us , balloons , banners , table decorations , ( which I supplied ) service from the waitresses was lovely , attentive and caring ..
Food was superb , we had scallops with fresh bread , followed by chicken .. every plate was cleared .
They brought out a birthday plate and delivered the cake we brought with candles and sparklers .. we then went on to the local nightclub and danced the night away , rolled in all,hours of the morning , greeted by nice chat on reception .. slept like a baby ..
Would I stay here again.. absolutely

This was my second stay at the Arora and I was as wonderful as the last one!I have a history of chemical sensitivity so must ask Housekeeping not to use chemical cleaners, etc. Once again, Housekeeping did a wonderful job and made sure that my requests were not forgotten. I would like to thank Vicky, Dionne, Eirta and Patricia of this department for all they did for me. The service at the front desk was excellent, especially from Louis who helped organize my going on the train to Gatwick. I love the little village of Crawley. It's near the airport, but I never feel I am near an airport. The gym in the hotel is excellent. All the equipment is well maintained and it is open a lot, but has not been crowded when I have been in there. My room was #501 and I think it must have been one of the best in the house as it overlooked the fountain at the front of the hotel.The free wifi works very well.In short, too. I had another wonderful stay! ps - you can take the train from Gatwick right to the Arora Hotel. There's a train track at he back of the hotel and you can press a buzzer to get on to the hotel property.

Stayed for 1 night as was visiting the area. If I need to go back to this area I will definatly stay here again. Hotel was clean, rooms are a good size and bathroom (especially the superb shower) are nice.
We had room service for a late dinner in the evening and the food was good and well priced.
I used the sauna and steam room in the morning and it’s a good add on to have and had the whole place to myself.
Hotel is very much used by airline crews so expect to see lots of stewardesses and pilots walking around.
Right next to Crawley train station and town so that was ideal for us.
Will use again.
