Our family has been coming here once a year, every year, for the past 10+ years. We love it, and look forward to it so much! The rooms are really nice, and although rather expensive, the value is returned through free hot breakfast, and the awesome water park! There were a few small glitches with the water park this year that I want to bring to mgmt's attention. Staffing at the water park was not at all adequate on either Saturday or Sunday. Not enough staff to man the waterslides, so slides were closed both mornings. This is a big deal, and a deal breaker when you have older kids. In addition, staff couldn't keep up with demand for clean towels. The water park opened Sunday morning without any towels at all for the first 1/2 hour. Thank goodness for the wonderful maintenance person who stepped in to help, so life guards could eventually open the waterslides and deal with towel issues. I'm hopeful mgmt takes the time to put a better plan in place so that these issues do not continue to occur. Thank you!

I decided to hop in the car with my children, ages 9 & 12 for a quick getaway. My kids loved the water park. They swam for hours and I was so excited the wristband was good the next day as well! I asked for a late check-out to accommodate swimming at the water park. I was denied and it's understandable that they can't get too relaxed with this. We still went over by half an hour and they were ok with this. Which was much appreciative! We felt safe in the hotel even with a wedding reception going on that evening. The hallways were a little noisy but I think that is to be expected for a Saturday evening. All the workers at the front desk, restaurant and water park were polite and courteous. The workers at the water park were fun and paid attention to detail with our questions and food/drink orders. The manager on duty at the water park was outstanding that weekend! He really kept everything in control. I was very impressed with him! Towels were clean and always available. The locker room was tidy and clean. However, one towel dispenser was out for two days. Maybe I should have said something to someone I guess. Lifeguards were outstanding and kept a close eye on the children and people swimming and it was very hectic on that Saturday night. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The food was hot and and there was a nice variety. The workers made sure the food was readily available at all times. We will definitely stay here again! The price of the room on a weekend was actually a better deal than others in the area with a water park so that was much appreciated. We thank you for a great time!

I spent 3 nights at this hotel and I was disappointed. The rooms, beds and bedding are very dated. The price of this room was comparable to a Hilton or a Hyatt and this hotel fell very short of other compatibly priced hotels. I asked to check out at 12:00 instead of 11:00 and was told no by a very rude front desk person......the perfect ending to my stay. I feel there are much better options in this beautiful part of the world.....not for me.

We loved our time here! The people were friendly water park air was not to chlorinated, water area was well kept and clean! Ice cream and snacks for kids in park. The kids enjoyed the zip line and play area outside! The parents enjoyed the room service! Lots of family fun close! Brand new brewery with in walking distance, kids root beer and games!
LOTS of activities for kids close!! Go karts, mini golf, great stay! Staff was very friendly!

We stayed for just one night for the proximity of the raceway and the fact that it featured a waterpark. The hotel was decent, rooms were large but beds were uncomfortable.
Waterpark is a bit over an overstatement but we did enjoy 2 hours of swimming in a circle in the lazy river. Its a nice area for smaller children I think or kids who only want to do go down the waterslide.
Hotel did offer a decent rate and a decent breakfast included. The rooms are all named from something depicted in the room (snapping turtle suite, wolf den, etc.)
