This is boutique hotel(14 rooms) located on Calle Arsenal. It’s less than a 10 minutes walk to Torre del Reloj. I had a room(502) on the backside of the hotel, small room. I had nice views of the neighborhood. When I arrived the water in the room was turned off and the TV did not work. I contacted the front desk and the issues were quickly rectified. I believe they had just painted the room, there was an odor of fresh paint. The stairs to the room require good mobility, they are narrow and winding. And there is a step to get into the bathroom. I would recommend to the hotel to be more cognizant of room cleanliness.
There are restaurants, hostels and banks in the immediate area. There is a bank next door but they do not exchange money.
I got a good rate for this hotel so it was worth the money. Breakfast was included. It was a very nice breakfast which included fresh fruit, eggs, bread and fresh squeezed orange juice. Also comes with coffee and tea.
The hotel is a little challenging to find, the signage is flat against the building and behind foliage.

We rented 2 rooms here for 2 nights. In my room the shower didn’t work on the second day so I couldn’t shower. In my friend’s room her shower was freezing, her fridge didn’t work neither did her safe, the toilet didn’t flush properly and the tap in the sink wouldn’t turn on. We tried to speak to management about this a few times even by email since and they have completely ignored us. You should also know the rooms have no natural light, there’s only windows to the indoor corridor - this, while not great would’ve been OK if they would have helped sort the rest of the problems we had. Mostly not impressed with the management. On a positive note breakfast was really nice and the breakfast staff and the male receptionist who speaks many languages were really friendly and lovely.

Convenient location near restaurants and places to go and have fun and dance, this hotel greet you with some fine chocolate, daily
The rooftop pool it's a great place to relax, have your favorite drink and, enjoy the view.
And what I can say about the staff? They are friendly and really helpful!
Highly recommended for a romantic or couples gateway

This is my third time at Allure Bonbon and just like the first two times it was a great stay. What can I say about the wonderful staff they treat me like family as soon as I walked in the door.. The room is clean and well maintained and the proximity to all the major attractions is really good. In the morning Angelina would greet me with a warm smile and we share many laughs as she served me breakfast which by the way is very tasty. From the bottom of my heart I like to thank Laura, Jorge, Leo, Yarludis and all the staff. See you soon

Excellent place, the attention of guys in reception is very good ( highlight to Alfonso from reception, very friendly). The installations was very good and confortable, the service internet is very good and fast (also is gratuitous). Just Should improve the drinks in terrace and pool. Excellent experience, I recommend.
