I have been there for one night for businesses reason. The place is nice surrounded by a large garden with several palm trees. Rooms are clean and furniture are jusy sufficient for the standard. Breakfast is served with several choice but there is fruit salade and not fresh there is yogurt but not low fat.

Old villa restructured a few years back with a very nice garden and off street private parking in the grounds. Rooms are fine with modern bathrooms with comfortable beds and amenities. Main issue for me was the noise from the main road Viale Aguggiari which is right alongside the property - and I woke up on a Sunday, not a normal workday. Overall a functional hotel for a quick stopover or a business trip, Good breakfast, the restaurant is shut at the moment.

When we arrived, there was not a soul in the lobby or anywhere on the ground floor. After ringing the bell a few times and 10 minutes later, someone finally came out.
The room was fine but very bare bone. Other than the bed, there was a plastic chair next to the desk and two small night stands. The bathroom does have a nice shower.
Breakfast was pastry, cereal, fruit, and cold cuts...no hot food. Coffee was served from behind the bar and had to wait for the waiter to stop talking before we got refilled.
Overall, it was clean and the bed was decently comfortable. Nice landscaping and conveniently located. But I probably won't be back.

This was our first hotel on our 17 day trip to Italy and we were not disappointed. Beautiful, clean, air conditioned rooms with a gorgeous bathroom. Very energy conscious, the lights in the hall come on once you enter the space. The breakfast was superb. Centrally located. You can walk downtown. Short drive to the mountains and lakes. A gorgeous spot! Highly recommended.

We were visiting the Lake Region and this hotel was recommended to us.
We stayed on the top floor in probably the most unique room we have ever stayed. Skylights, great shower, plenty of room. Nice breakfast, small bar suitable for a nite cap,
Service, cleanliness, appointments were all outstanding.
Very centrally located to Varese as well as Como, Maggiore and the smaller lakes.
We were there while other guest were attending a wedding and family reunion. Great fun.
