The host was incredibly helpful and friendly. Room was modern and seemed very clean, until I went to have a shower. It needed a really good scrub, and grossed me out a little. Unit was quiet and warm, free wifi.

Great location just a few minutes from central city, well appointed clean triple studio, heat pump, double glazed windows - could hardly hear the traffic yet we were on a major thoroughfare, food stores nearby.

Really nice and clean rooms, great amenities and extremely well priced. Our room had a laziboy style recliner chair and a good king bed. Quite rare having a motel like this so close to the middle of town for that price, couldn't have asked for much more.

My husband and I are currently honeymooning around NZ with a camper van. After 1 week of sleeping in it we decided to check into this motel for a proper shower and nights rest! From the moment we checked in, everything was great. The man at the front desk was lovely and helpful. They upgraded our room which was awesome too. It was so clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Even though it wasn't right in the city centre, it was a short uber ride away. Highly recommended! You would never get a motel as nice as this back in Australia!

Comfortable and clean motel. Handy for a few restaurants and supermarket. Breakfast ordered the night before was brought to the room, very handy as we had an early start. Wish I'd known about laundry facilities when we arrived as it was too late to take advantage of them once I'd discover their existence!
