Perfect choice for a holiday in Paris

quiet hotel, very close to metro for access across the city and CDG airport. All staff very friendly and helpful - especially Nazka who prepares a wonderful breakfast each morning, and Hocine and Sam on reception. Room (64 on 6th floor) was very well equipped with all we needed. Comfortable beds, a kettle with generous tea and coffee, a fridge and a large flat screen TV.
Location ,location, location...

A compact, convenient hotel with impeccably clean (though small) rooms, efficient bathroom, comfortable beds..
Location literally yards from Arts et Metier station, make it easy for metro, central for walking, easy to Marais and Opera, and the district is clean and safe..
Nice staff, correct pricing.. ticks most boxes effortlessly.
Great Little Hotel in Excellent Location

Had four nights here whilst exploring Paris. Front desk staff have v.good English and were friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but comfortable and reasonably quiet. Nice French style breakfast. Location is great with a Metro station right outside, handy to shops and restaurants and close to Gare Du Nord. Can walk into the trendy Le Marais district with great shopping and food options. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
Great location and very comfortable

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. We had an average size room in which was a bit difficult to fit 2 large suitcases. But we managed with moving the furniture around. There was an elevator and a nice dining hall in which we ate breakfast. It‘s location is excellent, right next to Arts de Matiers metro station and 7 min.walk to Republic square and Republic metro and RER station.
With all that in mind, this is a hotel that is smoking free and it's written on the walls inside of the rooms, elevator and at the reception. But we found the cleaning lady on one of the days smoking inside our room leaving it very smelly. Practice what you preach..
Secondly, the breakfast was mainly comprised of carbohydrates and rich protein. There were no veggies and that was a bit disappointing.:-)
Great location....Great find

A relatively spur of the moment decision to visit Paris necessitated that we find accommodation. Given that we had previously enjoyed walking through Le Marais, we looked in the area and found Austin's. We were not at all disappointed. It was easy to reach via Le Metro with a stop very nearby. Besides a selection of cafés, a supermarché for water was close by. Although our room was not ready when we arrived earlier than check-in, the welcoming reception kindly held our luggage. Our room was larger than others we have had at other 3star hotels in Paris. It was nice and clean- perhaps newly redecorated. Given the time of year, we were most appreciative of the fan/aircon. Also we were delighted with the fact that we were not bothered by noise either from outside or adjoining rooms. The bed was very comfortable and bathroom had room by the sink for cosmetic/wash bags etc. We will definitely return, however, we may try to see if we can have an interior room or one slightly distant from the hotel's outdoor signage. The black out draperies did work well but there was still some light able to get through.
