I stayed 6 night at the end of Sept. 2017 with my brother. Our holiday did not start nice due to delayed of the Ryanair flight and afterwards it has affected to lost pre-paid car rental booking (due to late arrival, no show.). However the receptionist hold my reservation till the next day in the morning (check-ed in around 1 a.m. the next day of original booking date) . The hotel provides free shuttle service between the Hotel and Gessate metro station (6 km far away). The shuttle service is available upon request between 8.30 a.m. till 7.00 p.m. (depends availability of staff) The swimming pool spa and gym facilities are very good. However the usage of those facilities (swimming pool, gym) are NOT INCLUDED in the room price unfortunately. ( 15 EUROS p.p.p.d.) I haven't know that is not free, none informed me in advance, anytime upon arrival to the spa center staff have not informed me too until the last day of my holiday. At the breakfast, eggs (boiled,scrambled) croissants, fruity yoghurts, sausages, cheese, salami , cereal, butter, jams, honey fresh grape, apples mostly has been served which was open-buffet breakfast.
The standart room which I ve stayed at no 319 has equipped with a ~20" small size screen with SKY ITALY premium channels (SKY SPORTS, SKY MOVIE, etc.. The room safe which was FREE OF CHARGE. Bed ,matress ,linens are comfy enough. the bathroom has a rain shower, hair dryer, clean and luxury and the room has central aircon system as well.
My brother was sick and he had not able to go outside for 3 days and the hotel staff allowed me to have some breakfast food for my brother. which was friendly manner.
The Hotel's bar and other services finishes around 11 p.m. If you want to have some extra foods and drinks then you should just visit IL GIGANTE supermarket. It 's only 300 mt.far away. You could find everything which is a huge hypermarket.
My experiences shows that, all the 4 and 5 star hotel does not request any money for swimming pool and gym which is free of charge. If you see 4 or 5 star sign at the hotel's front door then those facilities such as swimming pool, gym has to be free of charge. The transportation is more difficult after midnight there is no public transport from Milano city to the Hotel. You have to pay around 50 Euros for one way from the central. The best way is to hire a car, if you would stay here. This hotel is mixture of Motel and Hotel because of the location I think. (just nearby the highway, motorway and in the industrial area)

Overall, That has to be given 3 star instead of 4 due to price/services to be honest. However the hotel management has increased of the hotel's quality. I always say and advocate that "humanity comes first"!

far far away for a 4 star hotel. Everything is cheap and maintenance is poor everywhere.
Breakfast is just basic, quality of food very poor, yogurt from discount. Residence rooms have fireplaces but no stows (so what ?!!?)

The star system needs an update ASAP. Once upon a time you would expect a lot from a 4 star hotel. Now you are just happy if it is clean?! Hotel was decent, staff polite, breakfast - scrambled eggs, ham&cheese without any vegetables. ANY. Just basic. Bathroom was clean. Sheets too. Great. But paint peeling of the ceiling? Cracked wall? 24 inch TV? Don't get me started on 1st floor room that has a window in level with ground. So if you open it you can expect someone to enter like through the door. Would not recommend for a business stay.

we were 3 myself.husband and a child so i would like to say this was best hotel with all facilities we would love to go again there.Staff was so kind they always try to help u so best experienced.it was on motorway this also help to reach any location asap

This is a classic motel, where you csn park your car outside your door. But you also have a door inside, to reach the lobby, breakfast room etc. The bar is open 24h.
The room is normal size. Clean. Quiet. Nice bed. Nothing out of the ordinary, this is a good place.
Breakfast is messy when the hotel is full. Coffe/tea is served from the waiters and they just don't have time when it's busy. Same goes for cleaning the tables etc. Lots of baked sweets - but for a vegan as my self - this is a nightmare. Nothing but fruit and the first breakfast they only had canned fruits. I turned to cornflakes (still didn't know if they're vegan or not) and asked for COLD soy milk. 3 of 4 breakfasts I recieved a mug with hot "soy drink" instead of cold.
