as all hotels in Copenchagen is general expensive its look better to pay something more instead....... The hotel is not far from central station about 750m. Also is close to city center. About the hotel unfortunately we had a very bad experience as the next door it was under constraction . When we ask around 4 o'clock due the noise and a lot of ( BLACK & decker ) plus heavy hammer jobs they told us that they need one more 1 hour to finish!!!. O.k reception staff very polite offer us to change room . General the pilows not good and they don't give breakfast only extra charge.

Now usually I read TripAdvisor reviews before booking a hotel but in this case I didn't and after reading the reviews when i had booked it I was worried about how it would be and expected the worst, however we turn up and the staff at reception were very welcoming and friendly and we were seen to straight away. As for our room, yes they are quite outdated and small but as it was only somewhere to lay our heads it didn't really bother us. Also like many have said before it is quite noisy on a night from the events over the road but again we were rarely in our room and even when we were it wasn't an issue. The location is fantastic, it's only a few steps away from tivoli gardens and from the centre of town with loads of restaurants on the doorstep. All in all we had a great stay and I would definitely return to this hotel on my next visit to Copenhagen.

This is just barely livable. The rooms were cramped, the price was high, the staff arrogant. You know you made a mistake as soon as you enter the lobby - one very small lift for the entire hotel. Three people at best and a suitcase. The upper floors are served by this lift alone, no stairs to use in case of emergency. There was no lounge available as it was under reconstruction, however the hotel neglected to inform us of this situation and the room was prepaid - no refunds. I truly enjoyed all parts of Copenhagen and its citizens but this place needs to be removed from the city. It is a blight on an other wise beautiful place.

This is a well-situated hotel close to the central station and the Tivoli Gardens. Our room was very comfortable and the breakfast was an excellent and large buffet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was the poor soundproofing. I would recommend a stay here as it is ideally placed for exploring the city - but bring earplugs for a good night's sleep.

The location of the Hotel is perfect, near the Central Station and the City Hall/ Stroget.
There're a lot of Restaurants near the Hotel, we hadn't any problems to find something for breakfast
But the rooms are pretty tiny especially the bathroom
