The hotel was in an extremely good location near Paddington. We had a double room which was clean. The check-in was quick and the staff were helpful.
I would recommend only for the sake of location but it was expensive given that it was a budget hotel

At first the hotel has two buildings. The second one has no elevator and the rooms are very old and dirty. The main building rooms are also dirty and very small. The Wi-Fi isn't working and the services are very poor. The only good thing is the location of the hotel, near to train/metro station

눉First impression after check in, room not made up. Bed slept in and previous client had not even flushed toilet. Had to wait while room was cleaned. Can't possibly imagine how this hotel could get a 3 star rating with you. More like a backpackers than a hotel. We had one small room with 3 iron framed beds for 3 adults. No room at all to move once luggage was in. Beds had one flat pillow to each bed. We stuffed folded towels and clothes into pillow case to be able to sleep. Small TV up high on wall and no remote. Could not reach controls. Had to see front desk for remote, was given one with no battery cover and sticky tape holding batteries in. Bathroom facilities very basic. Sink to wash hands squashed in space not wide enough to stand and do your teeth. No new toiletries left after staff made up room. All that was done by staff is beds made and rubbish taken away. Not swept at all.
눇Staff at front desk were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was basic but not bad. Location, walking distance to Paddington tube station was excellent. Room coffee and tea making facilities were good. Little fridge kept food nice and cold.

A really HORRIBLE experience. Below are some (incomplete) details:
1. I had asked and booked a room with 3 separate beds, for me and my 2 children (adults). Instead, we got a room with a single bed and a (rather narrow) double bed.
2. Bathroom flush bowl had very little water.
3. Bathroom faucet was almost disconnected.
4. Bathroom shower floor was slippery.
5. Bathroom light could only be turned on if the light of the room was also on, so when I had to use it when the others were asleep, they had to wake up
6. Room was excessively hot
7. TV remote control did not work
8. Hallways were full of plastic bags and other junk
9. Breakfast was supposedly included but there was really no breakfast. There was even no coffee (they had hot water and instant coffee). Very little to eat. Breakfast room was filthy. The second day we had breakfast outside the hotel.
10. My son who arrived early was asked to pay with his debit card (ie cash), even though I had given my credit card beforehand.
11. We were asked to pay 5 pounds in CASH to leave our luggage for a few hours, and when I complained that I would protest, the clerk said agreed that I do not pay.

Was staying there for couple days with friends.Location is great but please ask to see the room before you paying.
Our room was all dirty sink not clean all room and bathroom was covered by mold.. we had Tv without Tv control, bed sheets was dirty i just seen before check out .. no bin in a toilet...very disappointed by room but location is great!
