Stayed 2 nights, both Ayman and Julie were so accommodating and helpful. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, the breakfast was great. The location is good with a short walk into the town centre. Will defintely stay again if I am in the area.

Would stay again and recommend. Very friendly and quick check in. Not far to walk into town (5 -10 mins). Room 4 faces onto the back, (quiet) was large with decent electric shower in large bathroom. Would recommend and stay again.

Have just returned from a lovely 2 night stay with a friend whilst visiting the near by bannatyne spa. Very quick & simple check in by the owners who showed us where abouts on the local map we were. ( an easy 10 minute walk to town, but do take care crossing the road as it's very busy!) Ayman helped us with our bags & showed us to our room & showed us how to work the more than adequate shower. Our room was plenty big enough with 2 lovely comfortable beds with lovely big pillows. The room was nice & clean & simply but tastefully decorated. Julie was really helpful & friendly whilst Ayman did the best ever eggs at breakfast time be they silky scrambled or perfectly poached or fried. A lush breakfast both days. Thank you both so much. We will definitely recommend to family & friends & will certainly come back to you if we're in the area again.

We would recommend The Ashley Guest House to anyone who would like to visit Banbury, We have been to Banbury several times as we have family near by, in Mollington, but this is the first time in Ashley Guest House, which is extremely clean, friendly with an excellent breakfast, thank you Amman. Next time we visit Banbury we will definitely be back

This was our first visit to Banbury but The Ashlea, which we booked online due to its good reviews was easy to find. On arrival we were greeted by the owners who quickly showed us to our room after marking on a town map some recommendations for an evening meal and giving us direction into town which was an easy 10 minute stroll.
There is good parking around the rear of the building and I noted later that there were at least two marked space out front should they be needed so no worries on that front.
The room was well appointed and pristine clean with some neat little touches that are not always found in a bed and breakfast. There was a large shower in the ample size bathroom that just beckoned you in.
Oxford Road is a busy road but once in our room we were oblivious to it and never gave it a second thought.
The breakfast, served by the owner, had plenty of choice option around a traditional breakfast menu and was promptly served to table and was delicious and filling. Nothing was too much trouble.
Should we return to the area The Ashlea will be our place to go and I cannot recommend it highly enough.
