I recently spent 2 weeks + in this hotel for an extended stay, and give it nothing but 5 stars.
Being on such a long stay, I view and review this hotel more as a short term / temporary home than a spa getaway. All in all it was a wonderful experience, and I look forward to returning one day in the future.
Each staff member was fantastic, particularly Mr. Chris at the main restaurant -- who went over and above his duty to cater to requests, and also for being a friend during my long stay -- in addition to everyone at the piano café and evening front desk reception.

A great stay in a luxurious complex. A little bit pricey but you re in Austria. Breakfast a great selection, the pools were very nice. Quite a lot of people, but good atmosphere. Very refreshing.The staff was friendly, no problem to prolong our stay and keep the same room.

This was my fifth stay at the hotel, the checkin was efficient and the rooms have a quirky feel to them with low beds and lots of glass and stone. The breakfast was excellent. One issue. I requested a taxi from reception and was charged €25 for a 2km trip! The driver said he had come from outside the area. I think I should have been warned by the hotel

I have stayed twice at the Linsberg asia for business conferences and its a pity I never got the chance to use the spa facilities that the hotel is reputed for. here's the black and white of my stay anyway:
positive - spacious well laid out room, prompt service, free fast wifi. I like the idea of the watch room key so that guests are never misplacing the room keys. conference facilities are quite good. my colleagues rated the spa facilities also high.
negative - secluded area so not too many dining options available outside the hotel. the so called Asian food doesn't really taste authentic for someone coming from asia. they should mix up the menu and offer some variety. I got quite tired of eating udon noodles and thai curries for all my meals. the pillows are too soft and caused me neck pain. television has only 2 English channels (both news) but I guess that's not the hotel's fault. the heating in the room is turned so high that it gets uncomfortable and I had to leave the windows open.
I think this hotel is good if you want to get away from the hustle of city life and are willing to be limited in your dining options

The hotel and spa area are really beautiful, but the staff are all grumpy! They have a no kid policy which was great for us!
We got ther, impessed by the building we thought we would be in fr a real treat. The receptionist did not even acknowledge us, just talked on his phone. Another lady came in and looked at us and walked off.
After checking in the room was very nice and modern. Very quiet with no main roads. The bathroom is a glass box btw.
We went to the spa area, really beautiful.. the sauna is naked so be warned if you do not like that.
We went for dinner, was as if the staff want to hide from you. We ordered Champagne, but they had no ice buckets so we had to share with a partyof German tourists who helped themselves mistakenly to our drink.
The following day we ate in the spa cafe/restaurant. No signs telling you where to que. very, very confussing and the staff are irritated when you ask for service.
Beautiful spa, food is good when it comes.. bit pricey but nice.
