As we were up for a concert, we chose this hotel for the convenient location for the road to and from Cork. The proximity to the railway station was also a key factor as the direct train to Connolly fitted in perfectly with what we had planned. On arrival, please be prepared to produce the card which you used for booking and some form of photo I.D rather than just a booking reference or a name. The reception area was warm and welcoming, as was the ease of getting to the rooms via the lift. The room itself was large with an enormous double bed and a modern bathroom which had a shower and a selection of toiletries. Wifi was fast and inclusive in the room rate, without the annoyance of a login code as elsewhere. As previously stated, a taxi home from the city centre at 2.30am was €20 so this needs to be factored in, but compared to the extortion of staying in the centre this is still a competitive option. Staff seemed a bit thin on the ground during the night and we were let in by a surly cleaner whose English wasn't good enough for the questions I was asking, but this wasn't the end of the world. If another event tempts me to visit Dublin I will return.

stayed here for 6 nights room 120.
staff all nice and pleasant, room service excellent.. ate twice first night of arrival had the lasagne and missus had the burger,, both ok,, last night had a pizza again fine,,only problem I had was location... to far out from Dublin city centre,, bus service is regular,, but last bus from city centre is a problem if you are going to enjoy the night life,,, we got a taxi back few times 20 euro a time,, not cheap.. would I recommend this hotel for visiting Dublin,,, yes if you are driving,,, defo not if your using public transport

My Dad and I stayed at the Aspect Park West for the recent Ireland v South Africa rugby match and to visit family.
The price was very reasonable at EU312 for 4 night’s room only (via booking.com). Buffet breakfast was EU10: all food well prepared and well priced. The restaurant was pleasant to eat in mornings and evenings. For a hotel bar drinks were well priced too - EU4.50 for a pint of Guinness. Local people drank here too, even though the hotel is some way from local villages/housing.
Our twin room was large and comfortable with a (powerful) walk in shower and very comfortable bed. There’s a large TV and tea/coffee facilities.
All staff were friendly and professional.
Family and friends were surprised we stayed this far out of the city centre, however transport links are excellent: Heuston Station is less than 10 mins away. Trains run hourly (2 hourly on Saturday, fewer on Sunday). There is an excellent tram and local rail system in the city centre, as well as an airport shuttle than runs every 15 mins (EU7 one way). For late travel on Saturday or Sunday a taxi to Heuston is EU16 ish.
The only drawback is that the hotel stands alone in an industrial park. There is a Spar about 5 mins walk but doesn’t open at the weekend. The place felt a bit deserted. The flip side of course was that it was very quiet and all our sleep undisturbed.
I would definitely return. Thanks to all at the hotel.

I stayed here for four nights in September 2017. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the very friendly front desk staff. The hotel is close to the Park West train station and so we were downtown very quickly.
The rooms are very comfortable. I had a room with a fridge, sink and microwave.

Called in to this hotel recently to do some paperwork with a cup of tea.
Lovely service especially by Frank, very friendly man who looked after me.
Would definitely use this hotel again and would recommend it to others.
