Very good accommodation for the price paid. Clean and reasonably spacious. All kitchen utilities very handy. Car parking at the front door. Unlimited WiFi in our unit. Would preferred smokers area as outside the unit has the smoke lingering into neighbouring units

Horrid. They sent breakfast worth 70 to my room and allowed someone else to order whilst i wasnt there. They accused me of taking a tv remote and a $20 dollar electric heater. They would not give me milk everyday like most motels because she gave me a discount for staying for two weeks. And had the cleaner not told me i would never have known that because she discounted me for staying for two weeks i would have not been allowed a set of clean sheets, pillow cases and blankets.they took my bond amd never refunded $10 i gave them to do my laundry which never got done. Am disgusted.

Unfortunately, we did not stay at Aspen Manor Motel as the booking, inexplicably, had a glitch between Booking.com and Aspen Manor. Consequently 26 people turned up on a busy Labour Weekend expecting 13 rooms and only found 1 booked. Nobody stayed as all were travelling together on a bus and needed to stay at the same place.

Very quiet area of Hamilton east, close to city and other places of interest. Friendly staff at both checkin and checkout. Area was clean and tidy and room was very comfortable, with all amenities that we needed

The place was clean and spacious. The price of a 2 bedroom family unit is very affordable. This place is very close to shops, city centre, parks and museum. I definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a very affordable place to stay :)
