Would have written an essay if I was a good writer. Short n sweet description of Assad Resort as per my experience would be "safe and quiet second home in Jannat - Kashmir, with impressive interiors".

Hotel assad offers a beautiful place to live being situated approx 1 km from d mughal garden as well as the dal lake.far frm d busy roads of srinagar it offers u d most comfortable placr to check in.great food and the overall service was great. Very well behaved staff.

I was there for 3 days. Hotel rooms are very good. But room service are very bad. Food is not good at all. Hotel is far way from main market of Dal lake. But area is very quite. Good place to spend time with family.

I never thought that awesome trip to kashmir will end with this cheap hotel. No soaps in the bathroom, wet carpet, rude manager, big spider, mosquito and there's a lot more. We never ordered dinner as we were on breakfast plan. When we came hotel late after dinner, manager started shouting on us that you have wasted our food. There was no electricity in the bathroom. Please see all attached images and never ever stay in this hotel.

people are nice..food was not so good, its on dal lake but dal lake is far away from d hotel so if u have car u can chose this hotel..electric blanket n hot water are coming full day..main benefit is free wifi with nice connectivity..one more benefit is if light goes still TV is on so good to do time pass.
