nice little apartment. Close to Paddington and hyde Park. Pubs and restaurants around the corner. Apartment is situation next the the hyde par stables, so you can actaully here horses with the windows open. Would definitely stay again

Close to Hyde park and under ground station ,not a bad price !Quality of the space ..low medium!small rooms with small bathrooms,the windows are old cose that we can ear everything outside and so feel the cold thru the window gap!

Basic older style accommodation with large rooms, kettle and fridge. Old but working laundry machine on premises was a good surprise. Only problem was any form of compensation for reducing our four day prepaid booking to three days after arrival.

We had a basement room which may have explained, but is no excuse, for the damp everywhere. The lounge area was huge with a galley kitchen but frankly every everything in the kitchen looked old and well used. The bed in the main bedroom was comfortable with decent quality sheets and pillow which was the only saving grace. The bedroom furniture was very old.
The bathroom was the biggest problem and was not good at all....all the window blinds had mould embedded in the material and the cabinet under the sink was frankly a health hazard.
The general cleanliness of the room was not up to much either and we only had hand towels....no bath towels available.
The location is great, staff friendly and the rooms on upper floors may be better but we did hear that 'we had the best room' so I doubt it!!!
We basically dumped our bags, went out, came in late, slept and headed straight out in the morning, sorry, I wouldn't go back!

We booked into Assaha as we were attending Green Day in Hyde Park. Upon returning we found the bathroom flooded and water pouring through the light fitting! The only solution we were offered were 3 towels to mop up the floor. The manager has REFUSED to speak to us and over a month later we are still awaiting even an apology.
