Very poor services and totally disappointed

I preferred this cottage because i Stayed here before as well and i like the services and room. But this time it was totally different. I have to call three times to get someone at reception and the room i got is not up to the mark. Even the water was not coming properly. Food was also not like before it used to be. This time mostly disappointed by services. Hope they will work on it.

Our experience was with our friends.The cottage gives you an immense view and the wonderful stay of huts like in the cozy jungle look.The staff at the cottage was good and well serving and manager is helpful as well.

Very good experience
Stayed twice , very affordable prices and rooms are quite big with good scenic view .
This is more like a house on rent but staff is very well behaved and helpful!M m m m m m m m m. B b b. B b. N

I stayed in Astha Magnum Opus Cottage from May 10,2016 to May 13 2016. It was really a heavenly location surrounded by snowy hills and greenery. It was secluded from the busy and crowdy areas like mall road etc. which is the best thing about it.
The food was too delicious. And nice catering too. The staff people were so good and helpful. They were so energetic as well to help you always. The manager was so comprehensive. Nice spacious airy clean and hygienic rooms.Nice garden balcony with nice views. I loved this hotel and want to visit again.

Very nice place ... Excellent accommodation... Helpful staff.. You can ask the hotel manager for adventure sports booking if you are interested... The hotel manager is very close with hardcore professionals who take you for adventure sports... The rooms are well maintained and are built in such a way that each room has a view of the Himalayas ..
They occasionally set up a bonfire night...
Worth it... Made the trip very exciting and will be remembered forever... I'd say the trip was exciting because of this hotel's accommodation and arrangement for tours, sightseeing and adventure sports...
