Stay away from casa luna/luna di lusso (VRBOProperty ID#4235938) in ashton montelago village rented my property manager Emm, owner Michelle Boudreaux, inDisute llc. we stayed there in september and the mattress had a urine smell and old urine stains. after bringing this to the attention of the property manager, she basically blamed us and refuses to return our security deposit. as you can see from the attached pictures, the sheets are clean on top and they stain was covered up by their mattress pad. the area is nice, maybe try the hilton.

Want the fun, show, games, casino action in Las Vegas but want a quite place to rest? Aston Montelago Village Resort is a choice. Clean, very nice room, very clean pool. Very nice surroundings and lots to do at the village beside it.

Have a room booked there for October (and it was VERY challenging to get any helpful staff on the phone to do that!) Since April. Received email Aug 1 that reservation is cancelled! And invitation to sign up for some high end booking agency that doesn't even appear to have anything in Lake Las Vegas. Phooey.

We took our two boys aged 14 and 16 on a family vacation to Nevada and found the Luna buildings to be perfect for our needs. If you are looking for a full service hotel, this may not be for you- but if you want a condo style stay with kitchen, laundry, and separate sleeping quarters, it's ideal. The pool is amazing. Coffee on the balcony is relaxing. The ability to use laundry room to wash clothes was a huge convenience. The village nearby has a small grocery store with reasonable prices and there are several eateries as well. On the weekends, the village offers free live music on the water. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. A huge bonus is that Lake Mead national recreation area is only 5 minutes away!

The hotel is more of a condominium-style accommodation with very nice rooms. The one room suite was quite spacious and convenient to have a full kitchen to cook meals in the room. Bed was not very comfortable but the whole room was very clean. We don't gamble and have seen enough of "Vegas" so this hotel was fine but the down side is still location. If you are looking for a Vegas experience, you will need to drive quite a distance to get it. Restaurants that are not on the property are at least a 20 min drive. Best suited for people who like to stay on a property without leaving for other entertainment.
