I stayed for 2 days...rooms are good..i enjoyed my stayed a lottt...staffs are very helpful and cooperative...location excellent for shopping...hotel located at heart of the city...breakfast is ok....Hope to stay again....

the staffs are really so co-operative and well behaved.but the quality of break fast should increase. and the meal and dinner price is little bit high from the market price. mutton should add as a choice.

Good Hotel located at Sudder street at the heart of Kolkata . Rent was quite budget friendly and service was good. Free breakfast was OK ( considering the Room rent). Overall it was a good stay at Astoria and I will defiantly going to book them for my next trip. Only minus point is the WiFi which goes off all of a sudden and comes back after sometime,

old wing is horrible. Don't go for that. Manager and information desk person are arrogant. Not up to the mark for the price. Old wing is damp, doors are broken. Cleanness is totally absent. Try to avoid for transit stay. Personnel are so commercial.

I was excited about to stay at Astoria Hotel. But after my arriving the hotel I was just speech less. Because no welcome from the hotel management. Although we have booked 2 rooms for four of us. But we don’t room in same floor. We accept this because we don’t have any other option. Climax is waiting for us, The room key is not working. Every time we come back the hotel from outing, we called the room service people and they come and open the room for us. But they don’t have any guiltiness for that. Room was clean but toilet was not clean. I don’t think I will stay this hotel again.
